Core Disciple.

"Detecting Disciple registration qualifications, referred by . Do you wish to complete disciple registration?" That sultry voice from early echoes from the tablet, causing chills in the men present.

"Yes," Celene shouts enthusiastically.

"Registration complete."

Name: Celene of Orario

Faction: Core Disciple

Morality: 7

Power: Gi Gathering 4th stage

Status: Personal Disciple of Sect Master

Contribution points: 100

Job: Registrar Administrator

"Thank you, Celene. You are now the Official Registrar of our sect and in charge of all city registrations. I'll take that one back and give you your own personal pad. One sec." I say as I form another registration tablet and then swap with the one Celene was holding.

"Uhm, uhm, you mean I have to register everyone?!" Celene stutters out, realizing I just dumped the task of getting everyone in.

"Here, take three more and pick some helpers. Make sure to register them as handyman Registrar. Then all the rest will be set to registered guests till we work out the rest of the infrastructure. This way, everyone isn't sitting in the sun around campfires. The whole city is regulated to 78 in the sun and 65 at night." I replied, showing I can be considerate of the needs of others. Only to be met by more dumbfounded looks from all those present. Making a shooing motion to Celene, she hangs her head and starts walking out of the room, only to stop as she realizes she has no idea where she is.

"Sandy, would you teleport our registrar to the gate so she can welcome our guests," I speak, commanding the sultry voice hiding in the walls.

"Administrator Sunny, we have guests at both the eastern and western walls. Which location should we send the Registrar?" the sects ai asks.

"West, huh. Guess we got some unplanned guests. Display the status of western gate access." I say as a virtual build of the western gate becomes visible. I can see several merchants and their adventurer groups standing by while a couple are inspecting the gate. I am not set up yet for all these guests better stall things with Altina.

"Send Celene to the eastern gate. I'll prep Altina and have her deal with the other side." As I finish speaking, Celene is engulfed in light and reappears where she left standing before the gate. Her face becomes determined to do her best as she gets fired up to register everyone present.

Meanwhile, sunny has Altina register her status as well.

Job: Law Enforcement Elder

"Why is my morality so low compared to Celenes. Am I really so stained with sin that it is so low." The dark look on Altinas face is heart-wrenching. She appears to be on the edge of a breakdown just due to seeing these numbers.

While holding her in my arms, I can't help but comfort her. "Nothing of the sort, darling. Celene is just too pure and makes all others look to be lesser. The morality scale isn't from zero to ten. Instead, it goes from a negative ten to a positive ten. Your average person is usually a negative one to a positive one, with eighty percent of that number being zero. Your 3 makes you someone who helps others but still knows when to draw their sword on their fellow man to protect your loved ones. Whereas Celene's seven puts her at the type to be stabbed by her own allies trying to defend her enemy."

She looks at me with a hint of worry in her eyes as what I say dawns on her. The darkness in her soul that has been turned into so many chains begins cracking even now. I can tell when she gets a small push at the right moment, she will grow tremendously in a short time.

"Now I need you to meet our western Guests and tell them that the city will not be open for a few more days. However, we are willing to provide free water to them as they wait if they are willing to do so. Just tell sandy where you wish to go, and she will teleport you. If there is any trouble from their adventurers, just tell sandy it's a code yellow, and she will deal with the rest." Giving her the instructions she needs with an encouraging smile, I shoo her like I did Celene.

With the blue light of Altina teleportation gone, it's time I settle the rest of the city plans.

"So Aziz, introduce me to your friends, and we can get the rest of the formalities out of the way.

"Yes, Goddess, these are fellow heads of large merchant groups specializing in different areas. There are another 20 such men and women at the eastern gate, but these men can make most of the decisions for the group." He said, causing me to have my interest peaked. It's not every day that the answer to all your needs appears so cleanly.

"let us make this simple. My goal is to make the inner portions of the sect completely self-sufficient. The outermost ring will be the city portion. There everything will be handled by you guys. I'm sure you are all unfamiliar with the term sect, so I'll explain it to you in detail. A sect is like a country in and of itself. The structure is one sect master that's like the king. Below the sect master are the elders, who are like prime ministers over specific areas. These include enforcing the sect rules, managing the sect finances, and specializing in a particular aspect of cultivation. Cultivation is a different system of empowerment that I will exclusively teach to those who become disciples. Following so far."

"I believe so, but you are telling me you have another method besides falna to gain strength." An elder asks.

"yes, and we can discuss that in detail later. First, while a sect operates like a kingdom, it is different in that power is the most important thing in a sect. With sufficient strength, almost anything can be obtained. We don't deal in politics unless it is things outside the sect. A sect hierarchy is important, but basically, anyone who is a disciple is a citizen, and anyone not a disciple is a foreigner.
