The Tin Can 'Test'

"So this is the test city." Havien muttered as he walked on the road to a desolate and post-apocalyptic-themed city. It was in this city that 100 deadly war machines are stationed and itching to draw Havien's blood.

But, will Havien allow some rusty ass to clap his cheeks? He was armed to the teeth. A walking fortress. For this test, he has brought out almost everything he has; wings, armor, shield, boots, mask, guns, bombs, drones, you name it. Plus, he was on high vigilance, so his superhuman senses were working overtime. One man can't be more prepared than that.

'Okay... Now those recording drones should begin recording me, gotta show my exploits to the suited old fogies. First up, intel.'

Havien crouched down and put a black box on the ground.

'AI, deploy spy drones.'

'Spy drones deployed.'

Suddenly, the black box crumbled into hundreds of pieces, and those pieces... started flying away, like a bunch of flies.

'Heh... Behold my nano-drones. These little cuties can capture the tiniest corners of the enemy bases without being detected.'

Havien now stood still with his arms crossed as he looked at the little critters flying away. After a few minutes, a gender-neutral voice resounded in his head.

'City has been mapped'

'Great. AI, put on the map in the form of a minimap on the upper right-hand corner of my screen. mark the hostile forces with red.'

'Minimap formed. Hostile forces will be marked red from now on.'

"Now, let's get moving." Havien said as he crouched down, preparing for a leap.

'Activate vertical thrusters'

When Havien jumped, white smoke came out of the boots which further propelled Havien to the sky. When he was mid-air, he unfurled his wings and now got an overhead view of the whole city.

"Let's take care of the sniper first." Havien muttered as he took out his sci-fi pistol from its holster.

'Activate ranged mode'

The pistol started transforming like an iron-man suit and formed a weird, miniature rifle.

'Locate hostiles stationed in relatively high altitudes.'

'Located, targets have been highlighted.'

In the minimap, 20 of the red dots started blinking.

"Found you :)" Havien said as he made a devilish smile, which was fortunately not recorded due to the mask. Havien stably floated in the sky, turned around, and pointed his gun at one of the snipers. He did not need a very stable surface or time to calculate his shot. He has his mask and his inherent sharp eyes.

*BANG*

A light shot out of the gun at extremely high speed. It collided with the buildings and the walls of the city, but that did not divert its path even a little bit. The shot stayed true and plunged itself inside the head of one of the war machines. After a fraction of a second, the bullet exploded, rendering the machine out of commission.

"One down, 19 more to go." Havien said as once more took aim.

*BANG* *BANG*

In under 3 minutes, a fifth of the unit of down, and they were all snipers. By the time Havien was done, the other war machines became aware of his presence in the sky. Guns are unreliable that high, so they launched missiles.

"It's useless." Muttered Havien as he just stood there, thinking that this is a good chance to show off his defensive gear.

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

Explosions decorated the sky. If it was an aircraft, it would have been scrap metal by now. Out of the smoke, Havien came out unscathed. He then looked at the 'hidden' camera, and said,

"I would love to explain how I'm perfectly fine, especially my head, which is not covered, but a magician never reveals its secrets." He said as he made a photogenic smile, which was sadly covered by his mask once again.

"Now then, as you might have guessed, I can wipe them all out by just floating here, but that would be boring, so I'll so magnanimously allow you to see some action." He said as he took a nosedive, and pulled off a perfect landing on the ground.

Just as he landed, a barrage of bullets and missiles came out of nowhere and assaulted Havien. Seeing this, Havien bent down and started running. Running is an understatement, he was sprinting through the streets at the speed of 60 km/h with no obstacles to stop him. If there was a wall, he would walk on it. If there was a hole, he would jump over it.

After a minute of running, he arrived at a small camp of 5 war machines, which were guarding and manning a missile launcher. At this point, it would have been a better option to stop, take cover, and eliminate the machines; but Havien, being the crazy bastard he is, ran headfirst into the camp and made a punching motion.

Yes, he punched the missile launcher to oblivion.

*BOOM*

The launcher didn't stand a chance against Havien's superhuman strength. The explosion took out the 5 war machines too.

"Well, that's done too." Havien said as he sat on the rubble that he created. He was not tired, he just wanted to look cool.

"Now, for the final part. I have shown you my resourcefulness, intel-gathering abilities, and versatility. Now the only thing left is my firepower. Even though I'm forbidden to use 'that', I can still cause some Boom Boom Bakudan."

Havien now placed the big bag he was carrying around. He took out a big black box and placed it on the ground.

'AI, Eliminate the targets using the anti-matter missiles.'

'Anti-matter missile launching sequence initiated.'

The top part of the black box opened up, and inside it was hundreds of pencil-sized black missiles. The missiles started launching one by one and flying to different areas. After a few moments, Havien said aloud,

"Detonate."

.

*BOOOOOOM*

.

The whole city shook. All the war machines were reduced to scrap metal. Each missile was powerful enough to blow up buildings.

Havien turned around to face the camera, spread his arms out, tilted his head, and said,

.

"Explosion really is an art."
