Party Date~

I was hanging with my boyfriend inside my room, because he purposefully refused to leave my side since yesterday afternoon, yes he was sleeping over again. So I found myself hugging him while reading the book of my choice until Kazutora unexpectedly waltzed inside, it was nothing new, except for the part where he was carrying a whole ass cake in his hands.

"When did you even have the time to buy this?" It was barely half past ten and bakeries normally opened around eleven or twelve.

"Oh I asked Yuzuha for recommendations, and there was this one shop opened at ten... so I went there to get it." Brother noted as Keisuke decided to slip away from my grip to go have a look.

"So are you planning to give it to Keisuke or you're just showing it off?" I mean it was strange that rather than calling us downstairs for a piece of cake, he took the trouble of carrying it all the way here.

"I bought it for you both." He admitted, making me title my head in confusion.

"And the occasion is?" I dared to ask only to receive a mischievous grin back.

"It's neatly written on top of the cake, come take a look." I wasn't too sure why I felt like I was suddenly being scammed however, I didn't feel like moving from my comfortable warm spot until I heard Keisuke struggling to try to read the words. There was only possible conclusion I could make from this, whatever was written on top of the cake was done so in English.

"Let me have a look." I sighed and stood up, exclusively to have the pleasure to witness this abomination.

"Congratulations on doing the Devil's Tango." I read it correctly despite the obvious spelling mistake present in the first word. After pointing out the misspelling I glanced in Keisuke's direction, wondering if he knew what was going on. Yet he seemed as lost in the matter as I did. Not knowing when and where Kazutora got this strange idea from, I decided to correct his assumption right off the bat.

"This never happened, looks like you bought this cake for nothing." I pointed out.

"But what about all the strange noises that took place yesterday evening? I heard it all. You won't fool me." He seemed adamant about not changing his mind, but I was quick on refuting him.

"Yea... the system decided to bully me, nothing new here." After a while, my brother seemed to accept this answer, but at the same time looked quite disappointed.

"What were you even expecting?" I asked dumbfounded, why would he be more excited at the idea than the two people involved. It took some time to make him reveal the reason behind it tho.

"I thought it would be interesting to listen to Keisuke's experience." I just facepalmed.

"Go take a walk outside preferably on some green grass."

"Michi there is no green grass outside, it's winter." He innocently pointed out, but before I could clarify what I meant he decided to change the topic, which maybe was for the best.

"Keep the cake... also Yuzuha wanted to ask you two if you wanted to join us for a group date."

"Group date?" I asked intrigued at the idea.

"Who else is coming?" Since it sounded like there would be more people than just the four of us, based on the phrasing.

"Chifuyu with Senju, Takemichi with Hinata, and Draken with Emma." We had basically a whole party tagging along.

"And what's the activity you were hoping for?" Kazutora just smiled while quickly explaining.

"Senju was pushing for the idea of Laser Tag, which I myself approve of." That sounded fun, I quickly glanced at Keisuke wondering if he was up for it, but he seemed even more pumped than I did.

"Let's go!" So that settled it. After coming to an agreement with the others later in the day we met up beside the establishment of our choice.

"I'm glad the two of you decided to turn up," Emma spoke, but it looked like her beanpole had another opinion about this matter, but he didn't dare to voice it in front of his girlfriend. Regardless, I got approached by an angry Chifuyu right after.

"It's all your fault!" I looked around trying to understand what I was being accused of.

"Benkei that guy, he basically admitted to my face he would try for the position of my stepdad, which originally was your idea. You know how shocked I was?!" Benkei seemed quite confident at having a shot and I loved it.

"Your mom is a looker, I'm not surprised he is trying his chances and isn't it better that he is upfront about his intentions?" I asked.

"Michi!" He yelled out quite annoyed at my personal stance.

"Come on Chifuyu, Benkei is not that bad, besides he was also once in a gang so he will get where you're coming from. Not only are you getting two incomes inside your household but also a nice chill father figure." I pointed out the positive sides of the deal.

"Michi seems to get it." It looked like Senju was on my side of this argument, after all, she knew him longer than I did.

"Be happy that it wasn't my brother she took a linking to." I nodded my head in agreement.

"Fine, I will give it a go, but only if it makes my mom happy." I was so proud of him to say this.

"Great tell them to invite me to their wedding when the time comes."

"Aren't you taking it too far? They only started to talk." Chifuyu pointed out.

"Um... wedding invitation for a wedding invitation?" I asked causing him to furrow his eyebrows in annoyance.

"Are you already proposing?" Keisuke asked elbowing me.

"No." And so we finally walked into the establishment and Senju decided that rather than dividing one of the couples, because we had an odd number on that front, instead chose to split us all so we could have a boy vs girls match.

"I don't mind." I let out until the system decided to make it more serious than it was.

'Would you rather destroy the other team, or purposefully sabotage yours?' It was time to win this game. And thanks to this mission I somehow became the leader of our group.

"Listen girls we going to need to make a strategy to win this match, destroy them, wipe the floor with them."

"Aren't you taking this way too seriously?" Hinata asked confused wondering where all this vigor was coming from.

"Don't worry my boyfriend is probably as competitive as I am... but we will create a winning strategy." So I asked Hinata and Emma to use their charm to make their boyfriends lose their guard, I was confident in knowing it wouldn't work on the other three. So to find a nice hiding spot, that no one would expect, I started to climb the walls as if I was Spiderman himself. Yuzuha and Senju were crawling around like soldiers, using every nook and cranny they could find to hide. And every time we spotted one of the boys we bullied them endlessly, we were basically camping to get them.

At some point, I came across my boyfriend while alone.

"How the heck?" Keisuke asked as I was jumping around making him miss all the shots while mine always landed.

"You're cheating Michi I know it."

"Cheating by using my build-in agility," I responded.

"Come on at least let me shoot you once!" He let out in frustration.

"And what will I get in return?" I questioned.

"A kiss?" I stared at him in disbelief, but he gave me this begging look.

"Fine, but only one." And he shoot me three times instead causing me to jump onto his in rage. So when he lay there on the ground as I sat on top of him suddenly Kazutora showed up and dared to say the most nonsense I ever heard.

"Are you two making out even in such a situation? I see you two can't get enough of each other, no please continue after you kept denying my friend for so long, it's only obvious you should repay him somehow." He was surprised when I began chasing him as he couldn't shake me off his tail.

"We won!" Senju high-fived each one of us girls once we came out from the ruthless game.

"What have the two of you been doing? Why were you shot the most?" Keisuke was interrogating both Takemichi and Draken.

"Looks like the girls used the honey trap strategy to win over us." Chifuyu was quick to realize what really was going on behind the scenes.

"You're too smart, perhaps the same strategy won't work again," I muttered, so Draken finally realized.

"Of course, it was Michi's idea."

"Her idea was also to climb the walls while shouting 'I'm Spiderman' totally taking me off guard, I needed to investigate whatever she put glue on her shoes or another sticky substance, but it wasn't the case," Chifuyu added.

"And she was making out with Keisuke, my sister sure has time for everything it seems." Kazutora let out causing me to smack him off the back of the head.

"I viciously attacked him for breaking his agreement." I corrected him.

"Anything is allowed in the matters of war," Keisuke said being proud of the achievement of fooling his enemy.

"You lost my trust, this will never again work in your favor."

"Even if I bet on two kisses instead of one?" He asked making me look desperate for his attention.

"No, never."

"What if I let you do as many braids as you want on my hair?" Keisuke questioned, this sure was tempting.

"We have a deal." And we shook hands as if we were some kind of business partners.

"That was easy." Chifuyu was surprised at how easily I was going to give up winning for something this minor.

"What? This is a great opportunity to see him in different hairstyles, also his hair is long, that's some nice hair to practice on." I pointed out causing some of the girls to snicker.

"You could use our hair for practice." They suggested but I had to reject it.

"No, the cherry on top is teasing him after the fact," I admitted smiling evilly.

"Of course." Keisuke wasn't at all surprised.

The next activity that got suggested was watching a movie, somehow the popularity poll that won, was watching the new horror movie.

"Come on Michi it won't be that bad, you can cling to me all you want." Keisuke told me as I rolled my eyes.

"I don't like horror movies because of how loud they are." I was ready to uptake him on the fact. The movies itself weren't scary just the jumpscares were so frustating.

"I can cover your ears?" I looked at him surprised how cute his suggestion sounded.

"Really?" I asked as he nodded his head and I heard myself squel right after.

"What was that?" Chifuyu asked totally weirded out at my reaction.

"Nothing." I said after clearing my throat and composing myself.

So per Keisuke's promise he tried to cover my ears when he thought the movie sound was too loud, I think I was metling at his gesture each time.

The only miss in this scenario was that the system wanted me to pass popcorn to Keisuke by holding it between my teeth and tossing it into his mouth. Weirdest premise of romance ever, thankfully it didn't need any explanation, he knew who the real culprit behind this idea was.
