Chapter 320 The New Me

   I walked over to my side and entered, stepped down and zoomed off without looking at him. I think silent will be the best treatment for him. 

  "Uncle Ben!"

He called me but I ignored him and he grunted at the back seat which got me chuckling. I have not started with my silent treatment and he is tired already.

   "Uncle Ben don't be like that, Auntie Nora said you should be good to me"

   He said.

    I could just ignore him but I decided to give him a comeback.

    "Did you anutie not said you should be a good boy, so tell me where did you go to and why did you leave without telling me Jeffrey?"

  I was expecting an answer to my question but I met silent. Jeff really is daring me.

  "Jeff, I know  you so well and you want me to react to your silly play but I am not, I have decided to be a big guy today so you can as well keep your explanations to yourself. I just want to deliver you to your family in one piece then I will be damn so lucky"

   I have decided I will just taken him to mom to help trace his people the witch way. I can't possibly find him the human way.

    "Okay, but where are you taking me to?"

"I have some friends who want an errand boy, I will just take you to one of them"

I smirked when I said that.

    "You won't dare, Auntie Nora will find me"

He said stubbornly, he was not shaken by what I said. He really not afraid of me or should I say he had trust me to the extent that he believes I can't do it or that he believes Nora is  some mysterious woman who will find him even if he goes missing. That's trust though.

   "I bet you she would not find you so don't doubt what I said"

I told him with a straight face and the back seat went into absolute silent. I turned to see what's up with the silent. He grinned when I turned my face to him and I shook my head. He will never cease to amaze me.

   I returned my attention back to the road. The road was really busy today, Beverly is a busy city anyway.

    I drove for about two more minutes and I took a turn by the left. I was a home almost, from the Singh mansion to Nora's about was just a fly out of time. 

   Jeff come over the front seat through the back and exclaimed when the Singh mansion came in view.

   "This is awesome, I can't wait to see the whole place."

   "And you think your new master will allow you to tour his house freely?"

I asked but he scoffed.

    "No one is getting a master talk more of a new one."

He said confidently. He was so sure that I was not selling him off. The only thing that convince me that Jeff is a little boy is his boyish body, apart from that, every other thing about him is entirely adult. No point arguing with him. I shook my head and pulled the car to stop  behind my statue, Effrous.

     The Effrous statue is in his beastly form so would not say if we have the same resemblance but I bet we do.

   I killed the engine and Jeff scrapped out of the car in a flash. The guards made to stop him but he ran through one of them through his legs. The scene got me laughing.

   I got down and told them to stop and they stopped at once.

    "Jeff, you would not want to get injured so let's go meet you new owner"

He stopped running and walked back to me. I took him by his little hand and we both walked into the mansion.

   The huge sitting room was empty which means dad has gone to his office. Yeah, he is the CEO of the Singh international and I am the executive director of the company. Lately dad has been doing more work for me.

   Forget that I have a witch and half breed as parents, we behave like every normal humans. It's  not like I have known that I am a half breed witch all along, I just found out few days ago and surprisingly I was excited and at the same time I was eager to know more about my identity and I think that my mom has been doing a lot of explanatory to me and dad  has done more since I was a kid by gifting me those books he gave to me. I really learnt a lot from them and if I wish to know any history or know more regarding my existence, I asked him or go read my book. Any could be of help.

   I love them no matter what and I am liking the new me, I can't wait to discover what I can do. I am thirty but still a baby at these witch things so don't blame me if I am so not cool like the guy you all want me to be, I can't be more than myself.
