"You must have heard about the kidnapping cases that have been going on recently," I asked both Ellie and Lydia after I was able to gather them at the library. "Yes, I recall hearing the news over the weekend," Ellie said.
"The man who had been perpetuating the act was Mr. Fred, our own school's teacher," I revealed. "You've got to be kidding me," Lydia exclaimed. "How did you figure it out?" Ellie inquired.
I responded, "On Friday, I saw him at a nightclub. He was acting suspiciously. That's why I, Jack, and Josh hung back and went to his house to confirm." "Really, he was at a nightclub?" Ellie interrupted me with a question. To cut a long story short, he feeds his kidnapped victims to a vampire in his basement, "I revealed."
Ellie and Lydia were taken aback when I told them he had a vampire in his basement. "Raphael imprisoned the vampire," I revealed, "Raphael!" "Yes, I was surprised when he told me," Ellie exclaimed. "I believe Raphael also compelled Mr. Fred," I explained.
"The vampire's name is Nikolas," I went on to say.
"I wonder what Raphael had in mind for him," Ellie speculated. "Who is Raphael, and why is he holding Nikolas?" Lydia inquired, perplexed.
"Wait, isn't that Raphael from our class?" Lydia asked a question. "Yes, that's Raphael," Ellie revealed, "but we don't know what he plans to do with the vampire because Adam already killed him."
"Why did you murder him?" "Yes, that was in the past," Lydia exclaimed. I called you here to find a solution to the problem I'm about to list, I explained.
"Raphael made a witch to cast a boundary spell, and Nicholas is a vampire who was a dagger for five hundred years," I explained.
"I was going to go and wait for Connor to ask about Nikolas." "Whether it's dangerous to release him or safe to release him, he also said the boundary would soon be broken, and that after he's free from the prison, he'd come and haunt me first," I said.
Lydia explained, "A witch cast a boundary spell that prevents Nicholas from leaving the basement." I suppose Raphael is attempting to keep him from being released, possibly because he is dangerous."
"That's exactly what I'm thinking. "I think meeting Connor is the only way we'll find out who Nicholas was back then," Ellie said.
But do you believe telling Connor is the best idea we can come up with?" I inquired. "I believe I'm siding with Ellie." Apart from the person's name, we don't have anyone else to ask," Lydia added.
"All right, if you guys say we should ask Connor about Nikolas," I said. "Once we know who Nicholas is, if he's good enough that we can keep him around us, Lydia will break the boundary spell so we can get him out of the prison and make a deal with him to tell us everything he knows about Raphael's plans," I added.
