When I opened the door to walk into the house, while I was about to enter, I bumped into Lora. I was startled.
"It’s me, Lora," she said softly.
"What happened to Mom?" I asked.
"She was kidnapped by some vampires," she answered.
"Vampires!" I exclaimed.
I guess it’s Robert and Alaric's plan. They probably know I would come to save her, which is what they actually want. I would also be giving them a little bit of a surprise.
"Yeah, vampires, what are we going to do now?" she asked, picnicking.
"Just calm down, we are going to save her," I said, answering.
Lora must have called Lydia, because she came running into me and Lora at the entrance.
"Lora, what happened to her?" she asked.
"She was kidnapped by some vampires," Lora told her.
"Vampires? "Adam do you have any idea of who it would be?" she asked.
"Yes, I do," I replied.
"Is it Robert?" She asked.
"Yeah, he is the one," I replied.
I turned around, "I’m coming to go and bring her home," I said, and walked out of the house, rushing towards my motorcycle.
"Wait, Adam!" Lora yelled.
When I got to my motorcycle, I hopped on it, and she bolted after me as fast as she could, while she tried to stop me from zooming down the empty street.
"Adam, you really need to calm down," she said softly.
"Calm down for what?" I yelled, asking.
Lydia showed up, interrupting us. "You have to make a plan, and you really need to try to calm yourself down," she said.
"I agree with Lydia. I don’t really know who these guys are, but going over there without a plan could end up not as expected," Lora added.
I held my helmet in my hand, thinking about what both of them had said, which I later came to agree with, because what if that was what they wanted to happen? I think I should make a plan before going over to Alaric and Robert, as well as a surprise package for them.
"Okay, guys, come up with a nice plan," I said.
"Thank you for calming me down," Lora said.
"That doesn’t mean we should not save her as fast as possible before they hurt her," I said.
"Okay, let’s think of what we are going to do to save her without causing trouble," Lora said.
Lydia interrupted, "I think we are going to need the rest of my plan."
"The rest!" I exclaimed.
"Josh, Ellie, Jack, Nicholas, and me, Fred," she mentioned.
"Nah, we are not going to need Nicholas and Mr. Fred," I said.
"Why won’t you need Nicholas and Mr. Fred? You know they are going to be helpful in the plan," she said.
"Don’t worry about that for now; call the rest and let’s head over to Miss Lisa’s house," I said.
"Okay, I will do that right away," she replied.
"Miss Lisa’s house!" Lora exclaimed.
"I’m going to explain that to you later, after we are done saving the mummy," I said.
