Chapter 192

If anyone thinks that being pregnant was fun, then that person must be so wrong.

Anna was having so much difficulty pushing a baby. She remebered her experience, with Angel, she wish Angel was with her, to see her bring forth another baby, but just then, she manages to push the first baby out.

The baby was lifeless, Anna was waiting to hear the cry of the baby, even as she was breathing heavily, warming up, for the push to Joseph carried his baby girl, turned he upside down, and gave her a spank on the bum and just like that, she started crying.

Miles heard the cry, and felt like going in, he was so excited, that he wanted to really see Anna, but in the labour room, where she was, it was a restricted Area.

Petranilla called Miles, to know where he was, since they were all still at home, searching for Angel.

"How could you just leave like that, you know we are all here, your brother thinks Anna kidnapped her own daughter, you need to come home, and speak some sense into Andrew, he is acting really crazy". Petranilla was still talking, when Miles spoke calmly.

"I am with Anna". She looked around her, to see if any other person, heard what was just said, bit she was the one on phone.

"You say what? She asked, to be sure if what she was hearing.

Miles repeated what he had said earlier, and added. She is in Labour, she is going to have triplets, the first baby is out". He was whispering, but Petranilla could hear him loud and clear.

She dropped the call, and looked around for her husband, she found him in the stable, they all still think, Angel was at the stable, that was her favourite spot, she could hide there for days, and no one would find her, but she was not there.

When Peter saw his wife approaching, he tried not to look too worried, inorder not to worry her, but she didn't look worried at all, as a matter of fact, she looked ravishingly beautiful and happy. She wore a huge smile, as she walked up towards him.

"Honey, remember what I said earlier about not keeping things from you? She asked, and he nodded his head, but spoke up too. "Has she been found? 

Anna is at the hospital, she is about to have her baby, she is having triplet, the first one is out". 

Peter was shocked to hear, that Anna was finally out, he was happy to see that his wife was happy, he didn't really care about Anna, but if his wife was so happy, sharing the news, he just needed to act Happy.

He still blames her for everything, that happened to Andrew.

His brother was a lively person, but since Anna happened, it felt like, he was going to loose it someday.

"Wow! That is really wonderful, I am so impressed". He pretended to be happy, but using the word impressed, sold him out.

"I know you may not be so excited, but look at the bright part, Angel might be hiding, and only her mother, would be able to find her, you know how kids are, when they want their parents they could do anything.

"No, no, no, I am actually very excited, maybe Andrew would be calm now, just knowing she is close by.

"I don't think Andrew should know now, let her have her baby first, then he would be told, there have been too much tension, for only one night". She suggested, and he nodded in agreement.

"Can I go and see her? She asked her husband, and he agreed, only if he drives her there, she agreed and they both drove off.

When Andrew saw that his brother and his wife left already, he became scared, he had taken his daughter to his house, and kept her there, he wanted to use her kidnap as a way to bring Anna out, but his daughter was at his private house, and if she has been discovered, that means, there won't be any tension anymore. He immediately called the woman he had kept in charge, to tell her to hide Angel in the closet, so that if his brother's got to the house they would not find her.

Unk own to him, they were going somewhere else.

Petranilla got to the hospital, and heard that the second baby was born.

She held her stomach, because, she could already feel the happiness, she was overwhelmed with if, that if she didn't hold herself like that, she was going to burst with Joy.

She found herself a seat, close to Maxwell and cried tears of joy.

Maxwell handed her a new handkerchief.

"I believe you are Petranilla". He said, and immediately, she recognized his voice, he was the same man she had been speaking with on the phone.

"And I believe you are Maxwell". She replied.and they shook hands before she said.

"Nice to finally meeting you in person, at some point, I thought you were a ghost.

Thank you for taking care of Anna, thank you so much.

"She is carrying my son's children in her womb, the least I can do, is make her feel safe".

Petranilla was shocked, she stared at him, and tried to see if she could get any resemblance with Joseph, but there was non.

"You mean, you are Joseph's father? She asked, and then added.

I thought he was dead". He is dead, and so is Joseph the doctor dead, but I am his brother, not blood relates, bit I take him as a brother, he asked me to look after his son, and when I found out she was pregnant for that same son I was supposed to take care of, I decided to help her.

Peter saw his wife talking with a stranger, he had been standing with Miles, contemplating if they should call Andrew or not.

They concluded, that there was no point calling Andrew, because, being the kind of person he is, he would definitely, want to misbehave, he would not behave himself, and he would end up hurting himself and maybe spoiling things for their father.

Finally the thrid baby was born, Anna pushed out the placenta and fainted.

It felt like a big load was taken away from her.

The medical team shook hands with each other.

"I never knew she would have those babies virginally, I thought we would have to operate on her, but we thank God.

The residence doctor pulled Joseph aside, while the others were cleaning the babies and dressing them and making sure everything was left clean.

"I have worked with so many wonderful doctors, many of them, I learnt a lot from.

Doctor Joseph was one of such men, whole he was here, he may not notice me very much, but I sure noticed him, he was said to have died months ago, but I know he is alive in you.

Joseph have been wondering, where he was taking such talk to, but when he said, the last statement, he looked up at him, and then he continues.

"I don't know how you manage to stay alive, but, I am glad that you are alive, and to think that these are your children, makes me even happier". Joseph let out a sigh, he could not deny it.

Can I speak to you in my office? The doctor said, and Joseph looking back at the others still working, while Anna was being stitches up, from the tear, he walked away with him.

"How did you find out? Joseph asked, the moment they got into where used to be his office.

"I started suspecting, when she started professing her love for you, and then you tried to make us think she was insane, that was so doctor Joseph, he was very smart and would know what to say, the very moment, something comes up.

But why I called you in here, is to help you plaster your disguise well, you have been so stressed inside, that soon, when all the Anderson get here, they would know, that you are Joseph, the wanted man, the one that is supposed to be dead.

He pulled Joseph down, and helped him arrange his disguise, and even his contact lenses was changed.

When Joseph looked at himself, he could not recognise the man on the other side, staring back at him.

Andrew received a call from one of his men.

"Your wife is at the hospital, she just put to bed, and your brothers are already here". 

"So that is where they were all rushing to, and here I was, thinking I have been discovered.

Anyways, at least Angel's disapearance, brought Anna out from her hiding, place. I will pay them a visit, so that I can kill whoever that man is, that have held my wife captive for months.
