He Wished He Was Much Stronger

Despite knowing that Dylan held not even an inch of fault, Old Master Ding was still displeased. He stared at the young man with a piercing glare, the same way he looked at his troublesome rivals during his youthful days.

Liliana was struck with helplessness while Talia frowned at Old Master Ding for showing such a face. Dylan still kept his head bowing deeply to the old man, trying to convey how serious he was.

Talia scooted closer to Old Master Ding. Reaching out a hand, she pretended to pinch her grandfather's wrist.

"Grandpa, tone down your scary look. That's not your enemy ah. That's Lili's brother."

Talia actually whispered those words to Old Master Ding but, her voice still echoed audibly inside the quiet longue. Liliana and Butler Yan refrained from sighing while Dylan felt himself dying. A cold sweat broke on his back.
