Even the guards looked terrified, everyone we met on our way was either running, looking frightened and alarmed, or traumatized.

"What is going on?" The king questioned one of the servants in the hallway with an authoritative tone.

" Your majesty, the lion statue... Is... Is " he stammered as he spoke.

" Is what? " The king yelled, acting impatient.

Seeing that he wasn't ready to speak, the king left and hurried to the back of the palace and we all followed him as well because even I was curious to know what it was that made everyone that way, and as we got there, the sight was incredulous.

The lion was alive, it was a statue, yes, but it didn't change from that form, it was alive as a statue. I ran backward in horror, it was too traumatic for a day.
