Dead

A few hours later, Di Tou was woken from a beautiful dream where he was eating an all-you-can-eat Texan Barbecue by a cacophony of howls. Dazed, Di Tou slowly got up and looked around and realized, at some point, the sky had grown dark. Picking up a glass, Di Tou took a few sips to clear his parched throat as he slowly woke up.

Lightly tapping his head, he realized that the pain from the bump was already all but gone, and Di Tou couldn't help but once again lament how fragile the human body was. It was only in contrast that he could feel that his body, which had borne all sorts of cuts, scrapes, and bruises in the past, was no more than a sheet of paper in front of the world he saw today.
