Enemies, Enemies, Enemies

The white hair helmsman buckled to his knees, coughing up blood as he did so. Lyon's space manipulation was annoying but highly impressive. Mortale steadily got up to his feet, using his sword to balance himself.

The gaping wound on his arms and abdomen worsened with every move he made. The rest of the crew witnessed this and wanted to intervene, but their own enemies were making it hard for them to do so. Koko looked back at her brother, who placed the last few bandages on the wounded girls.

"Oi Stephan, help Mortale out. If he goes on any longer, he's going to get himself killed." She stepped backwards as Vivienne stepped forward. "Wouldn't that take a blow at his pride?" Koko understood. Her own pride was hurt when she couldn't defeat an average enemy without the help of others.

"Sometimes...we need to place our own pride in the backseat. Plus, we have a captain who demands we stay alive no matter what. Orders are orders, and we cannot afford to be reckless when it comes to these orders."

She took a deep breath, dodging the barrage of martial art attacks she received from Vivienne. "I'm sure Mortale will understand." Stephan nodded his head. His sister had changed.

Mortale's vision started to blur. Was he always this weak? Lyon moved his sword in the same motion again, and he felt the space between them grow smaller. He inwardly groaned. Lyon swung his sword and Mortale was too tired to dodge, so he closed his eyes and allowed himself to get hit.

When he felt nothing, he opened his eyes. Green eyes were staring back at him. "Nice save there, right?" Mortale nodded. Stephan placed him down. "I'll hold him off until you're ready to go back into battle again."

The ex hunter spoke. Elvia evaded Havanna, flying straight down to the helmsman side. Thali got in front of the witch as she tried to head after Elvia. The flames on her feet grew in size with every step she took.

Stephan grabbed the daggers strapped to his back, then sprinted forward. He was quicker than Lyon, stopping the spacial manipulation attack before he could even do it. The golden haired man was shocked.

The ex hunter quickly stabbed the dagger on his shin. The only place with no armour covering it. Lyon swung his sword diagonally, wanting to cut the boy's head clean off, but Stephan was quicker.

He dodged the blow with little to no effort, then three more daggers at the knight, who blocked them all. Koko watched with pride and a burning sensation in her chest. Jealousy. She shook her head and continued to fight her opponent, who seemed to not really put any effort in. Was she stalling?

Amane, Magnus and Naoto arrived at the castle entrance. A group of police officers ran forward, swinging their jitte at the three intruders.

The three of them ducked and dived, as Naoto hit the men's nape to knock them out. They were now passed the front entrance, running through a dark hallway with torches being the only source of light.

A tall, feminine figure stood at the end of the hall, their aura was massive and intense. Chau stepped into the flame's light, a sickly sweet smile on her face.

Blood was dripping down her palms. Naoto looked past her. His eyes widened in horror as a large carnivorous plant was snacking on the shogun and his men. How are the policemen outside still alive? "Welcome, pukabarn. I've been so excited to finally meet you."
