CHAPTER - 9 FRIENDS TO STRANGER

I was trying to hold her shoulder and since we both lost grip I fell on her and she was on the round,

While my face was smashing on her shoulder. She stood up and shouted "why did you kiss me".

I was shocked for a moment and attention of the whole class turned to me

i could hear the gossip going on around me .

I tried to calm her down, but i failed. because she screamed at me again.

I told her " lucky you know this is a misunderstanding" but she started faking the cry.

And when I asked her what for she is crying, she told "don't touch me"

This made me look like a *fucking psycho*.

I saw rathika face which showed disappointed towards me.

without anymore words, I left the class.

Rathika POV -

I went out from the class to fetch some water, and when I came inside the class I saw jae and lucky quarreling as usual, i was not even shocked looking at them, so I didn't mind it and went to sit in my seat which is on the left side to jae.

That's when lucky snatched the bottle from my hand and started drinking water from my bottle . And suddenly jae snatched the bottle from her hand with force, and she spit all the water from her mouth directly onto my face.

When I opened my eyes I couldn't see anything because the vision was blurred because of my glasses.

when I removed it to get a more clear vision , I saw jae on top of lucky on the floor.

i just was shocked looking at them.

that's when lucky started screaming "why did you kiss me".

though Jae tried to calm her down, but still she didnt bother to listen to him and started screaming and crying.

For which jae said " lucky you know this is a misunderstanding" and lucky started crying even more .

That's when jae started to explaining the situation , she didnt bothered about him and said "don't touch me" in a loud screaming voice.

I was totally shocked by whatever happened, jae gave me a pity look for which I didn't know how to react. because though i was there when everything happened, i didnt have a clean view of what was going on between them and why lucky was reacting that way towards jae.

Lucky POV -

I was playing with jae as usual, we were pulling eachother and I like to tease him because he looks cute when I do that, and the only thing that I can tease him about is his height.

he is just short and cute (unlike me who is tall as a girl for no good reason)

So as usual when I was playing with him, I saw Rathika coming to us, since I was thirsty I took the bottle from her hand and started drinking the water. And that's when jae grabbed the water bottle from my hand and since I was not expecting that I spitted the water from my mouth, which landed on rathikas face.

Which was totally unexpected, i felt sorry for her . So I started to search for something to wipe her face and that's when jae fell on me and I lost balance and we both landed on ground.

His face was near my neck and when he was trying to get up, his face was very close to mine. I saw that he was scared, so I planned to tease him and screamed "why did you kiss me".

He gave me a stunned reaction which I actually found cute. (so planned to continue my play)

He trying to explain himself but I refused to listen to him and he said " lucky you know this is a misunderstanding"

(My mind voice : "ofcourse I know it's a misunderstanding")

Still I started to fake crying and he was trying to calm me down.

(Mind voice : jae is not someone who will feel apologetic for something so easily, so I cant let this chance go)

And I started to keep going with the flow

Jae is someone who hates "skinship"

While remembering that I screamed "don't touch me" he stood and looked around for a second and stopped talking , later he left the class.

But this was not what I expected.. .

Jae POV –

I went outside the class and stood in the corridor which used to be my most favorite place since the year starting.

All I needed at that moment was, some peace and someone who says I was wronged.

(but i didn't have anyone to comfort me )

Since bell rang I went inside the class, I didn't feel like seeing their face (rathika and lucky).

As I went near my bench Rathika shifted near lucky and sat.

I sat on the seat and leaned on the bench putting my head towards the other side.

When class started I used to sit on the bench , even during minimal breaks I started leaning my head on the bench or either get out of the class.

No one took the initiative to come and speak to me (i was a little disappointed )

I went home and slept.

it was during the class hour when rathika was talking to lucky ,and I went inside the class after break , since she saw me, she stopped her conversation with her friend and was walking on the opposite direction to mine with a straight face (as if we were strangers) . so i took a U turn and ran behind her

Grabbed her hand and gave a tight slap

And told her "since the very first day, we have been together. How can you not know how I touched you, in fact if you really think what I did was wrong then I am ready to apologies"

Tear drop fell from my eye. A hand came and wiped it.

will everything go back to normal ?.. .
