'Gwen pushed him back, trying to create enough space between them. "I do not love you."
Alexander smirked. "You do. You just don't know that you do."
Gwen moved back. "Do you know the ways of my heart."
"Yes, I do. And it tells the truth. You are only too stubborn to acknowledge it." He moved closer, pressing her against the wall. "When you decide to tell yourself the truth, I will be waiting." He kissed her forehead. "But don't make me wait long. I am not as patient as people think." This time he kissed her lips and staked off, leaving Gwen in a complete daze.'

(Hating Her King is the sequel to Loving Her Duke and is also the second book of the British Blood Trilogy.)
It's finally out. The sequel of LOVING HER DUKE. So sorry it took this long . Alexander and Gwen are finally ready to show their journey through life and love
I love this book. I love this author. After I finished reading Loving Her Duke - the first book in this series - I was so eager to know about the king and Gwen. Thank you author for this great story. I'm not greedy, but definitely looking forward to your next book. What about Brand? Would he find love? 😍 😍 😍
Love this Historical romance. Excellent writing, character development, regular updates and overall great reading experience. Enjoyed Alexander’s teasing and Gwen’s defiance. Glad that she opened up and realized her Love for him. Good job author! Will we get to read about Brand’s story next?
Short and sweet. The characters. I like how the ML is matured. It fits his position in society. He guides the FL so well. One of the other characters caught my attention. I wonder if our author will write a story for that character 🫡
