Awaken Lu Yu Qin
"Hmm, that sounds like it would be quite the task. Is there a reason for doing that? I imagine the people in question would also like to know the answer to this as well, so don't mince words this time, tell it to me straight." Yang Kai asked, narrowing his eyes with a serious look.
"I shall, but first," I started, and then turned to look at Lu Yu Qin. "Do I have your permission, Senior Sister? This will not be a pleasant experience initially. For I am going to awaken that dragon within." I asked, explaining my intentions.
"Is such a thing even possible? I thought I didn't have any dragon in me, or even if I did it was too little." Lu Yu Qin asked, timidly yet also expectantly.
"Ahahaha!" I laughed. "There are only two individuals that could possibly completely suppress an Ancient Divine Spirit, let alone a Dragon. And no human alive could possibly be their equal. Though, one of those two is still growing into that level of power, so I guess only one for them at the moment, and that one is sealed away in an extremely far place." I then explained. "Besides, simply being as close to me as a wife would be, will inevitably strengthen your bloodline. But I am willing to give you access to your bloodline right now, will you take it? Or will you wait?" I asked, with a warm concerned smile.
"He is doing this for me, and also to show that it is possible. And then I'll be able to use all of that power my father didn't give me before. I can grow even stronger than I had been previously." Lu Yu Qin thought her face blushed. Then she nodded and spoke with a smile. "If I can truly awaken my dragon power just like that, it would be useful. Even if it is inherited from my bastard father, I still want to use it. I've been struggling to advance further as it is. And I feel that this is the reason behind it. Please, future husband, help me awaken my dragon bloodline!" She said with conviction in her voice, boldly declaring she would not dare to call another man her husband, ever.
The way Lu Yu Qin spoke, with such bold determination, made my cheeks slightly red, only a little though. That said, it was enough to generate a small feeling of admiration that my current wives could also sense, and they giggled about it to themselves, each wearing their own small smile.
"That's the spirit, now then, please, stand and turn your back towards me." I nodded, instructing her to prepare.
"Is this alright?" Lu Yu Qin asked.
I was rather surprised, she was wearing a dress with the majority of her back exposed, but her long golden hair served to cover most of her back, which only added to her mystique.
"Yes, now, I must warn you, the start will most certainly be painful, this is the side effect of leaving the power dormant for so long. Even if we were to do this over a lengthy period of time, it would still be just as painful. However, the pain will not last long. And take this, drink this if the pain gets to be too much to bear on your own. It will instantly lower the extent of the pain. Are you ready?" I explained once more, handing Lu Yu Qin a small vial of my dragon blood essence.
"I am ready, I want to see this power for myself as well." Lu Yu Qin smiled while taking the vial from my hands. However, she just held it close to her chest instead. "He is quite thoughtful, not forcing my decision, and even giving me a treasure to help with the pain. If it reaches that point, I should bear it for as long as I can without using this elixir, to show how much I appreciate this I shall hold it close to my heart instead." She thought of continuing to wear that thoughtful smile.
"Alright, then I shall begin." I nodded.
I placed my palm on Lu Yu Qin's back, skin on skin contact. It sort of looked like my hand disappeared behind her hair, and I felt her warmth, and it was at that moment I realized what Dao it was she was the most versed in. The Beguiling Dao, and that explained quite a bit of my reactions towards her.
Once I had finished establishing perfect contact I controlled my breathing, slowly, and then the room filled the true strength of the Dragon Clan. A power that would make those, not of the at least emperor realm, struggle to be this close. It was truly a sight to behold. I was at the peak of a young dragon at this point, so there was definitely no doubt about my strength. Though I had not brown to such lengths as 999 Zhang just yet, I was under the effects of many other things at once, each providing a huge nurturing boost to all other sources of my power. Chief among them was no doubt the Small Realm sealed within my very body. So even if I wasn't at the limits of a young dragon's power, on its own, I was able to mimic a force much more significant, and even with ease.
Inside Lu Yu Qin's body, the tiny amount of dragon's bloodline that remained dormant for so many decades had now been stirred to action. I was ordering it to awaken after all, and there is not a single weaker dragon that would willingly disobey a stronger one, especially when the gap is this significant. Though that doesn't mean it won't try to bend the rules a bit, and thus the pain began to afflict Lu Yu Qin, however, she, like a true dragon should, bore all the pain. She was sweating something fierce, but other than that she barely grimaced from the agony at all.
After the first few breaths of time, the pain subsided, and a pleasant warmth came over Lu Yu Qin, to which her smile returned in full, still clenching the vial I had given her, close to her chest.
