Abby Brooks, who spent her life being single, had always dreamt of being a different case than everybody else—she wanted to have a child and raise that child on her own.

Her breathing hitched as my bodyguards pointed their guns, she says in a nervous tone. “P-Please don’t make things hard for me, Mr. Hughes… I cannot tell a patient’s information due to confidentiality reasons.”


As it turns out, the bus destination where Abby and the man were last seen was no other than a nearby hospital in the city. I couldn’t hold back my curiosity and knew that I had to check for myself about why they went to a hospital together.
