Following a miserable, wretched life and a tragic, untimely death, the protagonist finds himself reincarnated as a baby in a different world to the one he was in before. In this world, there are people with special powers, known as Alters.

Black Blood, the power that had originated in the Progenitor of Alters, the very first human to develop powers in this world, and from whom all existing Alters are descended from. 

Determined to avoid going through the strife and hardship of his previous life, the protagonist decides to keep his powers hidden and strive to live a peaceful life in this new world. 

But it doesn't last long, his peaceful life is shattered and he gets thrust into the cruel reality of this world, a world wracked with prejudice and conflict. And it soon becomes apparent to him, that any peace he had hoped to find in this world, he would have to fight for...

"This is the place. I've had some of my contacts scout out the area, and I think this is likely their main hideout. The mall was certainly a significant hideout for them, but it was most likely used primarily as a front to earn money or something like that," Finn informed me.

A couple of days have passed, it's the 19th of July, and I was currently at the bar. Finn had contacted me earlier today to let me know that he'd finished compiling the information regarding the location where TNO broadcasted their public execution of Alters from.

"Good, it's pretty close by, I can go there on foot...still though, to think they're using a pro-Alter rights group and charity as a cover for their main hideout," I frowned in disgust.

"There's another thing...they've been streaming more executions on a site in the dark web, and those streams are from the same location."
