Following a miserable, wretched life and a tragic, untimely death, the protagonist finds himself reincarnated as a baby in a different world to the one he was in before. In this world, there are people with special powers, known as Alters.

Black Blood, the power that had originated in the Progenitor of Alters, the very first human to develop powers in this world, and from whom all existing Alters are descended from. 

Determined to avoid going through the strife and hardship of his previous life, the protagonist decides to keep his powers hidden and strive to live a peaceful life in this new world. 

But it doesn't last long, his peaceful life is shattered and he gets thrust into the cruel reality of this world, a world wracked with prejudice and conflict. And it soon becomes apparent to him, that any peace he had hoped to find in this world, he would have to fight for...

Alright, I'm here...I just arrived at the location Wick sent me, hovering above the clouds and staring down at the area where Karagan is supposed to show up next.

There's still about half an hour left before the next incident is supposed to occur, the instant I spot him, I'll swoop down and kill him before he gets the chance to set off another explosion.

I can't let him kill any more people...I should've killed him in Larisk when I had the chance, I'm responsible for all the people he's killed since then. So, I need to stop him before he can kill anyone else.

There are a lot of buildings in this area, it'll be a lot easier to take him down if he starts charging up the explosion out in the open, but there's a strong possibility that he'll opt to do so in one of the many alleys between the buildings.
