This story is about two mentally broken people who cannot give one another what they want, even though deep inside they wish they would find solace in each other, thus, although there is no "real" romance, they still manage to form their own twisted connection, and they don't really mind it.

The New Guy

Ah Yeon closed the car door and started reaching for the seatbelt but Min Hyun got there first - he leaned over her body and gave her a gentle kiss on the lips while fastening the belt for her. When he pulled his body away and placed his hands back on the wheel, his handsome face melted into a weird sly smile, it was evident that he had something planned but was not rushing to enlighten Ah Yeon.

"Should I tell you right now... or should I just start driving so that you figure it out yourself?"

Min Hyun's smugness was beginning to be irritating. Moreover, Ah Yeon felt that it would be best to be prepared for whatever the guy had in mind, after all, he was unpredictable to the point where he was crazy.

"I would like you to tell me now, I will feel less anxious this way."

Somehow, her response sounded like a scolding, and Min Hyun reacted to it with a playful pout.
