“I guess we should go, they’re going to close this place up.” I point to the manager who is turning the sign over to closed, from open.


"Guess we should, but I seriously don't want the night to end just yet."

"Are you sure?" Her dark eyes are round and the depth of emotion in them is almost too much for me to comprehend. She knows exactly what I'm asking and why it's so important.
