Chapter 4 – Final, Mysteries Abound

After leaving the tavern, the young lady made her way towards the blacksmith's shop, contemplating if he needed any assistance for the evening.

As she entered the shop, she saw a middle-aged man, standing at a solid 5'6" height but built like a tank, vigorously hammering away at a burning red axe. She approached him and asked if he required any help.

Pausing his hammering, the blacksmith mentioned that he was running low on materials needed to complete the axe. He then muttered to the young lady, expressing his desire for her to accompany him to the outskirts of the town.

"The bandits who met their untimely demise happened to possess some valuable items," he explained. "I can salvage their swords and repurpose them."

"I still need to finish repairing this axe for the minister, but the lack of materials is holding me back," he continued.

"The bodies are probably decaying by now, attracting scavenging creatures. Try not to feel sick as we gather the necessary materials."
