Tang Jia Li, the Crown Princess of the Tang Empire, was accused of the murder of her father, the Emperor. The same night, she was deposed from her royal title and ordered to be beheaded. When she attempted to run away, she died at the hands of her enemies.

However, it is not easy to take revenge alone when her enemies are countless. That is when Tang Jia Li gets the support of the five young noblemen— The Empress’s bodyguard, the State  Minister's son, the Prime Minister’s son, the Governor’s son, and the General’s son. 

While embarking the journey of revenge, she gets entangled with these five noblemen, finding Friendship, Loyalty, Rivalry and True Love.

Jia Li held her breath as she felt his warm exhales against her skin, soon followed by the warmth of his lips.

She pushed him away. "Xianwu, no more teasing," she cautioned, observing his amused smile directed at her. 

"What did I do?" Xianwu acted innocent, keeping the smirk on his lips.

 "Act like a noble man not an immoral one," she scolded him. 

"I believe in acting immorally around you," Xianwu remarked.  

Jia Li shot a glance at him. 

"Don't look at me with that gaze. It gives me an invitation to do more with you," Xianwu said.

Revenge Of The Crown Princess

"You've improved remarkably with the sword. I'm impressed by how quickly the Crown Princess has picked this up," Xianwu complimented Jia Li during their sword-fighting session. Taking the sword from her hand, Xianwu continued, "Let's reconvene in the chamber after we've freshened up. I have something important to discuss with you."

"I'll tell you later," Xianwu said and requested Court Lady Xuan to take Jia Li with her. Oppositely, he went to the inner chamber in the drawing room to place the swords in their places.

As Xianwu headed for the bathhouse, his mind changed and he decided to go where Jia Li was. When he entered the bathhouse, he signaled everyone to leave and shortly it was empty.
