However, just as he had thought when he first decided to enter this universe.
This version of the Beyonder, although powerful, seemed not as formidable as imagined.
It was somewhat like a youthful version of the Beyonder in the setting.
This provided Mark with considerable room to maneuver.
Because he knew the ultimate goal of the Beyonder was to defeat the Spider-Carnage, thwarting his conspiracy to destroy universes.
From this perspective, Mark might have the capital to communicate and even negotiate with the Beyonder.
—-—
A Few Moments Earlier..
While Madame Web was in deep concentration contacting the Beyonder, '94 Spider walked up to Mark and said with a wry smile, "Mr. Mark, turns out you're also a Spider-Man. You've kept it a secret, and it's been tough on me."
Mark smiled, "I had my reasons, I hope you understand."
'94 Spider nodded, "No wonder you could help me enhance my powers and even assist me in developing new web threads. So, have you met many Spider-Men?"
Mark jokingly replied, "Yes, and your question, I've heard it many times. Does every Peter Parker have such abundant curiosity?"
'94 Spider chuckled and glanced at Gwen, "But what's even more intriguing is that there's a female Spider-Man."
Gwen raised a small fist, "Oh, it seems like you want to spar with me? Looking down on Spider-Woman?"
'94 Spider waved his hands, "No, no, where did you get that idea?"
Although he hadn't truly fought Gwen, he had fought alongside her, and he could roughly gauge Gwen's strength. Currently, '94 Spider's strength was stronger than the original Gwen, but after Gwen's power was enhanced by Mark's Web of Fate, he couldn't match her.
Of course, this was in terms of data on strength.
Actual combat still depended on individual performance.
For example, if '94 Spider had completed all the plotlines in this version and experienced battles multiple times, his strength would undoubtedly be formidable.
Remember, in the original plot, he had clashed with Dormammu in the third season and faced Doctor Doom head-on in the Secret Wars.
Although he didn't actually fight them, considering the backgrounds of these two, what kind of characters were they?
Dormammu was Doctor Strange's arch-enemy, ruling over the Dark Dimension. In theory, as long as he had a follower, he would never truly die.
This was an existence likely reaching Multiverse level.
At least, his main body controlling the Dark Dimension was definitely Multiverse level!
Even his avatars dispersed in various universes in the Dark Dimension were at least God-tier peak, and possibly even reaching universe level.
In Mark's mind, Dormammu was on par with Eternity.
As for '94 Spider, he managed to exchange several moves with Dormammu despite his far weaker powers than the latter.
Of course, that version of Dormammu was likely just an avatar, but it was still enough evidence of his strength.
As for Doctor Doom—Victor Von Doom.
One of the best and greatest complex character of Marvel.
This guy was the arch-enemy of the Fantastic Four. Through his learning and some experiences, he mastered formidable magic, strong enough to confront Doctor Strange. He was a powerful being who perfectly combined science and mysticism.
With these means, he had once dabbled in the powers of many big shots, including Galactus and the Beyonder, making him quite formidable.
Although Mark hadn't fought against either of them, considering their original timeline powers, it was like suicide.
Mark valued them precisely because of this.
With '94 Spider's performance, he would undoubtedly be a powerful ally in the battle against the Inheritors.
Beaming, Mark looked at the slightly stunned '94 Spider and said, "This shows that your perspective is still too narrow. There are many female Spider-Men, and beyond that, some individuals you wouldn't imagine might become Spider-Men."
'94 Spider immediately became interested, "Like who?"
Gwen also looked at Mark with sparkling eyes, clearly curious.
Mark said, "For example, in a certain world, it wasn't Peter who got bitten by the spider and gained superpowers but Aunt May. So she's known as 'Spider-Ma'am.'"
"What?!" '94 Spider widened his eyes, and in his mind, he involuntarily pictured his Aunt May wearing Spider-Man attire patrolling the streets.
"No, this is too dangerous. Aunt May is too old!" He shook his head repeatedly.
Mark laughed heartily, "But in that world, the Peter is just an ordinary person, and Aunt May can stylishly beat him up."
"Uh..." '94 Spider suddenly remembered the identity switch between Parker and Aunt May in that world.
He wondered if that world's Parker would think of Spider-Man as an "annoying guy" just like Aunt May in this world.
"And there's another Spider-Man from a different world – Uncle Ben," Mark continued.
'94 Spider was stunned, "What?! Uncle Ben!! Is what you're saying true? There's a Spider-Man Uncle Ben?"
Mark nodded, "Of course it's true. I have no reason to lie to you about this, right?"
A smile appeared on '94 Spider's face, "Haha, that's great, Uncle Ben."
Mark, however, shook his head slightly, "But life in that world is still full of hardships."
'94 Spider's smile froze, and a sense of foreboding rose in his heart, "What happened?"
Mark explained, "In that world, Aunt May and Peter were killed by the Green Goblin. This led Uncle Ben to lose all hope in life, resort to self-destruction, and give up the Spider suit that Parker had sewn for him."
'94 Spider fell into silence.
In his mind, the thought that had always lingered resurfaced:
Could abilities truly bring misfortune to those around you?
Having mentored Spider-Men like Tobey Spider, Mark could see '94 Spider's current thoughts.
He reached out and patted '94 Spider's shoulder, "Your abilities are a gift, something given to you by fate to fulfill your dreams, not a curse. Think about what you've always stood for, think about Uncle Ben's teachings. And besides…"
Mark reached out, embracing Gwen, "Only with enough strength can you better protect the ones you care about. If you realize your weakness only when disaster strikes, it's already too late."
"Hmm!" '94 Spider nodded solemnly, clenching his fist.
Buzz—
At that moment, Mark suddenly sensed a very strong sense of crisis.
This was transmitted through his Spider-Sense!
However, Gwen in his arms and '94 Spider standing beside him had no reaction whatsoever!
He quickly identified the source of this crisis.
Whoosh—
Mark pulled Gwen behind him, the Spider suit instantly donned. His left hand entered a lightning state, the right hand entered a flame state, and he stared in the direction of Madame Web.
Gwen and '94 Spider were initially puzzled, but soon they saw, next to Madame Web chair, a man in silver-white armor appeared.
His appearance was peculiar, shifting between middle-aged, young, and old.
The only distinctive feature was his eyes.
Like a vast starry sky, profound and boundless.
From Gwen and '94 Spider's perspective, he seemed like an ordinary person, with no sharp aura, let alone any sense of danger.
But to Mark..
In his gaze, the energy emanating from this man was like a star, dazzling and blinding. If stared at for too long, it might even lead to permanent blindness.
Moreover, since the moment his presence was felt, Mark's Spider-Sense had been frantically warning. This was an unprecedented formidable enemy!
At this moment, not only the Spider-Sense but also Mark's Web of Fate began to tremble.
As the Web of Fate trembled, others also started to feel a peculiar sensation.
Nearby, Gwen, who had been curiously observing the Beyonder, suddenly had a stunned expression on her face.
—
Tobey Spider's World.
Tobey Spider, who was working on a new project with Dr. Otto, suddenly had a tremor in his hand, and immense power crushed the experimental apparatus he was holding, causing a series of sparks in the laboratory.
"Peter, what in the world are you doing?!" Dr. Otto snapped angrily, but as he raised his head, he saw Tobey Spider looking up at the ceiling with a serious expression. "What's wrong, Peter?"
---
Spider-Tom's World.
Spider-Tom, attending a class while remotely controlling his developed Iron Spider Armor for being the "Friendly Neighbor in New York," had a sudden shake, flipping the desk in front of him.
The teacher below: ???
His classmates: ???
Teacher: "Peter? What are you doing? Get out!"
---
Also, Andrew Spider, Adult Andrew Spider, Evil Andrew Spider, Ultimate Spider, and all the Spider-Men connected in the Web of Fate, no matter where they were or what they were doing, felt a tremor transmitted through the Web of Fate.
But undoubtedly, they had no idea what was happening.
Only Mark, at this moment, was staring intently at the person before him.
And his identity was obvious.
The Beyonder.
The Beyonder stood by Madame Web's chair, looking at Mark—his eyes lacked pupils, but strangely, everyone could feel that his attention was on Mark.
Madame Web opened her eyes and said, "This is the Beyonder, my lord."
The Beyonder raised his hand, halting the woman's next words.
This was quite impolite behavior, but Madame Web, with her pride, didn't show any displeasure. Instead, she felt it was only natural.
The Beyonder observed Mark, and in an instant that went unnoticed by everyone, his pupil-less eyes showed various emotions like shock, doubt, and incomprehension.
After a long time, he suddenly spoke, "Hello, Quantum Spider-Man, Master of the Web of Fate. I already know the purpose of your arrival in this world and your requests. I think we can mutually benefit from each other."
