"I know."

My hand raises before the burst door and frazzled man can try and ask the many questions he already has.

Then I smirk. Watching as he stops in his tracks. Leans against the wall and tries to play it off cooly. The half-raised hand he gave me also falls to his side.

I then waved my hand to the side and had him sit to the side of me. He does so and I finally open my mouth to explain. "Technology, that's your job, it always has been since you appeared. This is just making it a bit more official."

He thinks for a moment then he opened his hand and brings to life an illusory painting. An invention I had not yet seen from him. And with further inspection it showed a complete map of our territory, filled with the locations of each and every citizen. Of every defense and weapon that lay hidden in the territory.

"I thought you had known, but apparently not."
