The wind rushed through my hair, like a sort of breeze that just wouldn't stop once it started. Not that I really minded. As within moments I found them.

They were trying to bury themselves in a hole that seemed to lead further into the underground. It seemed that they had left one of theirs behind. For whatever reason.

She did look like she was going to cry so there was that too. But I didn't mind.

"You see that?" I questioned and Ellaine nodded behind me, her eyes crossing between me and the girl within seconds.

And in those seconds she seemed to only grow faster and faster. Until she had overtaken me and was right against the girl. Her fist pummeled into her with a force of a thousand men.

She coughed up blood and fell to the ground. Where Ellaine toppled over her. A hand over her mouth. Dust seemed to pour into her mouth and then it was gone.
