Faye was still wrapped in Arvon's tail as he held her up to examine his injured eye more closely. He kept furiously rubbing at it; she finally admonished him like a mother would a child.
"Stop fidgeting with your eye." Her hand stretched and patted the dragon's paw. She warned, "It will only make it worse."
He stopped fussing with his eye and let Faye inspect the bright orangish red orb. She noticed it had four deep claw marks running over its clear, teary surface.
A sprite wig had managed to scratch the exterior of the dragon's eye.
Faye delicately brought the blue healing light to Arvon's injured eye. Without warning, he let out a frightening roar as if in horrible pain, Startling Faye.
She trembled in his clutches, wondering if the light had harmed him. "Are you hurt? D—Did…the light harm you?" She asked in an anxious voice.
Arvon chuckled. HAHAHAHA!!!
