Over all a masterpiece Ms. sparrow has an incredible talent with words and her grammrar is impeccable. This novel is just as great as her first one. I’m in love with Faye, what an amazingly strong female lead.

Her attention to details lead you to envision every single word perfectly. She is passionate about her craft and it is obvious in her writing. No filler chapters or unnecessary information, it is absolute perfection. She responds to every comment and answers every question timely and never misses an update, top notch for sure! If you are seeking fantasy romance with a unique spin, this is for you. A work of magic and creativity! Her first novel easily became my favorite from the very first chapter and this one is following right along the same path. I promise you will thank me for letting you know about this author and this novel, as well as her first one. This is a passionate artist with a great need to please her audience, she never disappoints. Please just read the first chapter and you will be utterly hooked. I appreciate an author of her caliber, she is new but you would easily be fooled, her work is perfection. She takes historical fantasy romance and makes it so much more. Well, I haven't read a lot of FL books in the past, but this is definitely going on my daily reading list. Flawless grammar, great writing flow. I know sparrow already has a lot planned out for the world background, and from what I've read so far, it looks like she's cooking up something amazing with the plot. A must read.

It’s a refreshing read. If you’re looking for something new, this is the book for you. I am enjoying the “Enemies to Lovers” vibe. The FL lead Faye is tough, not some weak girl who cries every five seconds. Give this book a try. You won’t regret it.

I have to be honest... I don't read romance that much as a guy. But there are elements in this story which keeps me interested in the story. Especially, demon horde fightin and savage dialogue. So for that I have to give this new novel a 5 star thumbs up... Good job on the Character Development so far. The Pacing is just right to develop a romance, and you really hit the ground running with this novel. Its funny too but also you feel sympathetic for the MC. Definitely a good read for those with Revenge Romance Fantasy... Don't we all need that sometimes?
