A Little Happiness..

Hassan

Visiting Amelie's house was not an entirely unfamiliar experience, nor was it a pleasant one. I was in constant fear each time I appeared in front of this place, she had an animal by her side, and there was no telling what he would do if he saw me here. As I stood at the front door, I could feel my heartbeat escalating. However, I managed to calm myself down before ringing the doorbell.

Unlike the first time, I wasn't here to plead for forgiveness or anything related to that. I had come to see our child, Junior. He might not be mine biologically, but there was no denying the father and son bond between us. I was certain Junior was constantly asking of me, he viewed Liam as a friend, not a father. To the little boy, I was the one who was his father.
