Lilia POV
A nuzzle at her neck brought her out of her warm, dreamy state. Her eyes opened, then filled with Dane, who lay facing her, his arms around her.
“Mmmm.”
He rubbed noses with her. “That was a wolfish rumble. The kind a well-loved Luna makes.”
She stretched languidly in his embrace, tangling her legs in his, feeling the sharp but exquisite soreness between her thighs. That pain had been brief, and vanished as she became one with him.
“I am, aren’t I?”
His laughter rippled and he snuggled close. “You are. And I’m one satisfied Alpha … for now. I’ll give you time to catch your breath. I intend to keep loving you until the last stars fade.”
She laughed softly. “You’re such a poet, Dane.”
“I had to get something artsy from my parents. I wish they could have met you. They would love you.”
“I’m sure I’d love them too, judging by you and your brothers..”
“You would. Kyon has my mother’s artistic and musical talent.”
