Kade gathered a few things of his own before he headed outside. As soon as he had made the decision that they would be leaving, he had let the staff of the manor know to pull a car around. Given the circumstances, it might not be a good idea to arrange for another driver this time. They were just attacked and now Kit had gone missing and Tiago was injured. Kade didn’t feel like they could waste anymore of their resources without throwing away lives. While he understood that at times taking lives was necessary in their line of work, he was not for a meaningless waste of one.
