Surrendering wasn't an option. It would throw away everything that they had fought for up to this point. Not just that, but those who died would have died in vain if Kade gave up now. He was so close to getting the vegetarian he had been after all this time. The only thing that stood in his way was this man with the shotgun. 


There wouldn't be much time before he was upon him. Kade felt that if he hadn't stepped out and gave up the fight, his opponent would come around that tree and blast him away. The other option he was given was death. Which told him he approached Kade prepared to gun him down first and ask questions later. The question now was how was Kade going to get out of this?
