Chapter 119: Dodge's Final Warning

Ana

It has been quiet these past few weeks. After their crazy night in the 5th Ward, things have finally managed to settle down. Thankfully, Ambrose was hogging all the media's attention so Ana didn't have to worry about unwanted attention for reporters and journalists.

Ana sat in her room, staring at the coin that had once again mysteriously appeared on her bedside table.

As Ana sat on the edge of her bed she couldn't help the dread that overcame her. RACQI's last message for her was a reminder to complete her mission she assumed this message was no different.

Ana fisted her bed sheets.

The soft rustle of curtains danced with the occasional gust of wind. The cold wind hit Ana in the face and caused her to shudder in response. The muted glow of a laptop screen cast a soft illumination, revealing a string of unsent messages—messages she was about to send to Dodge.
