Kuro Kanami

"Is she improving?" Austin asked the nurse he ordered to watch Alora.

"She has been in the coma since February and it's May now. She's been in for three months and during that time, she has only been crying." She folded her arms.

"Whatever you did to her is pretty serious."

"I didn't ask your opinion. Will she be out soon?"

"That's uncertain." She responded. "Her physical wounds have healed up except from her head injury but I'm not sure about her mental ones."

"She moves her hand a little and yesterday, she was conscious for thirty minutes."

"What was she like?" He shook her. "What was her expression?"

"Get off me." She pushed him away. "She looked around, clearly confused and exhausted. She'd close her eyes and reopen them."

"Then, she sobbed from five minutes. The rest of the time she was awake, she just looked at the staff and kept saying your name. She really misses you, visit her sometime."

I miss her too. It's like the world has no meaning.

"Do anyone visit?" He asked.

"A twin girl and her brother come. But, it has always been this brownie." She said.

"I watch him every day he comes. He'll go in, great her with a kiss on the forehead and share his day's experience with her."

"Then, he'll say sentimental stuff, wanting her to wanting her to wake up. He leaves a minute before his visitation time is over."

She leaned against the wall and sucked on her lollipop. "But there's nothing suspicious about him."

"Thanks for the info." He tossed an envelope to her. "Aren't you supposed to be watching her?"

"Nah, today's my day off from work." She discarded the unfinished lollipop. "I'll keep a close eye on her though. And the brown hair too."

"Well, I'll leave it to you, Kuro Kanami." He walked out of the ally.
