"When did this all happen?" Kimberly asked before Caroline could answer her last question, needing to piece together the timeline.

Caroline leaned back onto the couch, her expression thoughtful. "The first time you met with him? When he asked that I wait behind. He asked me to have dinner with him," Caroline said and Kimberly frowned.

"And you didn't dim it necessary to tell me about it that day? Of the next?" Kimberly asked, and Caroline sighed.
