Chapter 174: Laughter of Children

*Yukito*

I felt a pang of sadness even though I was the one who had brought up Milo. I knew that he had feelings for her. But I also knew Koyu still had feelings for me.

I reached out and gently held Koyu's hand, trying to reassure her. "Koyu, I know that Milo has feelings for you. It's okay. We've always been honest with each other, well minus my whole being alive thing, But I digress. I want you to be happy. If being with Milo is what you truly want, then I'll support you two."

Koyu looked at me, her eyes filled with a mix of emotions. "Yuki, I don't want to hurt you. I love you, and I don't want to lose what we have."

I squeezed her hand gently, my voice filled with understanding. "I know, Koyu. The heart can be complicated, and sometimes it's hard to figure out what it wants. But we've always been there for each other, and I believe in the strength of our love. If you need time to figure things out, I'll be here for you."
