Chapter 202: Voices

*Rosemary*

I stared outside the window of my room, eyeing the lake. The sun shimmered on its waters. The wind was soft and carried the smell of spring flowers.

It was so beautiful. If only I had a camera on me. Although, maybe I could draw it.

I glanced around the room to see if there was any blank paper to draw. I had my stationary paper, but that wasn't exactly the best for sketching.

My eyes landed on the nightstand next to my bed. I'd only been using the top drawer. I wonder if Saffron had anything in it.

I opened the drawer and blinked. To think I would be this lucky. It was full of art supplies. Pencils, charcoals, erasers, rulers, and even an old sketchpad.

"I didn't know Saffron drew," I murmured as I opened the sketchbook. There were a bunch of pictures inside, some of birds, others of scenery, including the lake at different times of the day. There were even several sketches of a girl at several stages of her life.
