"So, we did meet before. As kids," the lady who kept staring at me said.

She laughed. "I guess I've changed a lot since then, but I'm Rosemary, the younger sister of Ore."

I gasped. "Woah, now that you mentioned it, I do see the resemblance." I lowered my head. "That said, I'm sorry for your loss. Your mom was a very nice lady. She brought up stuff on multiple occasions, until her premature death."

Rose lowered her head. "Yeah. I later learned she wanted to adopt one of you, but because of her position, she couldn't."

I lowered her head. Did she want to adopt me? No, it was probably Matty or one of the others. I wasn't anything special.

I smiled at her. "It's okay. I have a family now. You and our little girl."

Rose gasped. "Wait, you have a kid, Koyuki?"

Koyuki lowered her head. "Y-yeah. I do."
