The Former Residence

After turning back from the end of the corridor, we almost ran all the way. We should have already met Miguel who was waiting in the corridor.

"Would he go into a room?" asked Cassie.

It was possible. But after looking around, I found no door opened.

"Miguel, where are you? Miguel—" I shouted.

No response. My sound seemed to have been absorbed by the house before going far.

"Do you remember where he was?" asked Cassie.

"I remember... There were three doors next to each other..."

After saying that, I subconsciously ran forward. I felt something wrong after a few steps, then I turned back.

After about ten steps, I finally found the three doors.

"It's here," I shouted at Cassie.

She ran over, stared at the three doors, and nodded, "Yes, it's here."

"We have found the doors, but where is he?" said I with cold sweat filling my forehead.

"What's this?" asked Cassie suddenly, pointing at the door in the middle.
