Memories {Drifter}

Drifter looked around the orbiter, and seeing all the decorations that his counterpart had made him somewhat jealous.

But he now also had the memories of his operator self, as Ordis likes to call him.

And that made him sometimes disoriented, like the first time he looked at a Lex pistol, which almost caused him to black out from the amount of information his other self had.

He knew the Lex pistol; he used it in Duviri when he was fighting Thrax or when he was in the Undercroft.

Knowing how to use it is one thing, but his other self knew the Lex much more—all of its stats, all the memories he had with it, which warframe he used it with, or how to mod it.

The time he spent in Duviri had made him somewhat arrogant; no one could well defeat him there, so when he came to the origin system to help himself, he thought it would be easy.

Oh, how wrong he was.

The Duviri, in terms of difficulty, would be put at 8.

The origin system was 13, so it was no surprise when he got his ass handed to him. But he was resilient and built different things, eventually taking down the archons and harvesting those crystals to fix up Lotus.

Lotus—now that was someone who made him feel weird.

His other-

He was going to call him Ebrietas.

Ebrietas and Lotus had a complicated relationship.

They knew each other since Lotus had been with him since he woke up from cryostasis. The amount of time they spent with each other was much greater.

From what his memories told him, Ebrietas and Lotus spent at least 4 or 6 hours just talking.

Other time was spent doing missions, managing the syndicates, doing diplomacy, and making relationships better with the ostrons and solaris united.

He thought he had it bad since he was stuck in hell. That was Zariman. Oh, how wrong he had been. Ebrietas had it much worse than him; he would give the kid a hug if he could, but life was not fair.

Ebrietas was more logical than him; he could see that, with stark contrasts in their choices, like Zariman, he held out hope, but Ebrietas hunted. He hated the void, but Ebrietas embraced it.

But they deviated since he never got the void powers and was never rescued by the Orokin.

Ebrietas fought in war against the sentinals; he led the massacre of the Orokin as the naga drums were being played.

He completed his studies under Louts, Suda, Simaris, and Gomaitru.

He was loved by all, be it the ostrons who called him Kin or Solaris United, who called him their old mate, one of them.

But the Entrati were the most jealous; they didn't want their Ayatan to spend too much time with others. Who might take advantage of him.

Haa, like that would be even possible. Drifter could admit to himself that Ebrietas was more smart and cunning than he let on; he knew Lotus monitored him when he talked to other people and sometimes advised him to stay away from certain people during their normal talk.

Well, she said that, but those people went "missing" or went on a "vacation" for an extended period of time.

"Hey Ordis, is there any mission to do?" he asked.

"An extermination mission on Mars is available."

"Alright, then let's do this." A bit of excitement entered his voice.
