Chapter 2 Trouble_1

Eight security guards escorted him forward.

Suddenly, from nowhere, a red dot appeared, and he abruptly lifted his head, revealing a handsome face as if meticulously carved from stone, with thick eyebrows above a pair of slightly upturned peach-blossom eyes that innocently added a touch of enchantment to his handsome features.

His eyes narrowed slightly, flickering with dangerous light.

His aura instantly expanded.

Those close enough to see his face held their breath.

Everyone knew the dangers of laser pens, and an angry fan cursed, "Who's the idiot messing with a laser pen? Aim at your sister, must be an anti-fan."

With so many people around, it was impossible to tell who it was.

The incident passed with everyone cursing and swearing, as the security guards intensified their efforts to persuade fans to be rational while chasing stars.

"Everyone, please don't crowd here, let your idol go home and rest early, okay?"

Finally at the parking lot, the LY's team bus had the doors already open, waiting for the players to board.

"Captain, vice-captain, we're heading back first, see you at the training field."

"Captain, vice-captain, see you tomorrow."

Before boarding the bus, everyone greeted Lan Mu and Zhou Sicheng one by one. Lan Mu was as always indifferent, as if he had no feelings for his teammates, while Zhou Sicheng bid them goodbye with a smile like that of a doting mother.

Then he pulled out a cigarette from his jacket pocket, lit it, and took a drag before cursing loudly, "Fuck, who the hell leaked our flight details?"

No sooner had he spoken than a large group of reporters surged over.

"Team Blue, Vice-captain Zhou."

Zhou Sicheng looked at the group of reporters, his mouth twitching silently, "You reporters really are like persistent ghosts."

"We're just curious, Miss Ye's cheerleading squad didn't come back with you guys this time, did they?"

"None of your damn business, is it?"

"Everyone is quite concerned about Team Blue and Miss Yu's relationship. Team Blue once told the media that he would share some good news once the championship was won. Now that you have the championship, are you planning to get engaged to Miss Yu next?"

"Might as well get married directly."

The reporters' questions revolved around Lan Mu and Yu Yesang's relationship. Yan Zao pursed her lips and looked away from the large screen on the airport's commercial building, releasing the brake pedal and preparing to leave. Suddenly, she turned her head and saw two traffic officers standing in front of her car, looking at her with 'you still want to go?' expressions.

She was parked in a no-parking zone, and her car had caused a minor traffic jam.

She quickly unbuckled her seatbelt and got out with an apologetic smile, "Officer."

This was the fourth time in a month since she had returned to Suzhou that she had been caught red-handed by traffic police.

The officers pointed sternly to the not-far vehicle holding area, "Drive over there and pull over."

"Okay."

Yan Zao nodded vigorously, got back into her car, and drove to the holding area, with the two officers following her on their motorcycles.

"Driver's license and vehicle registration, please."

"Here!"

Expecting the request, Yan Zao prepared both documents in advance. She handed over the vehicle registration and gripped the driver's license tightly in her hand, extending it and then pulling back as if parting from a loved one with reluctance.

The officer frowned and snatched the driver's license from her hand, "Three points deducted, a fine of two hundred."

Yan Zao shook her head, "No, Officer, if I lose three points my license will be suspended."

Having just returned to Suzhou, she was not aware of many speed limits and one-way streets. She had already been caught by the police three times in a month, leaving only three points on her license. Another deduction would require her to retake the theoretical exam.
