"It's a deal."
Greg was annoyed while being laughed at by so many people.
Especially Reg. He had always been a show-off, and Greg had disliked him for a long time.
Reg cursed secretly. He didn't expect this idiot dare to agree, and he couldn't wait to jeer at Greg again after he failed to finish this order.
The laughter soon ended. After jeering at Greg, everyone went back to work.
Elsa walked up to Greg with a slightly sullen face. "Greg, what's wrong with you?"
"Ms. Mandel, trust me. I won't let you down."
Greg was full of confidence. It was just an order of 2 million dollars, and he could get it done in a minute.
"You... Never mind."
Elsa knew Greg wanted to do something for the group. She was moved, but how could they finish this order when the elite team couldn't?
"Do your best!" Elsa said hopelessly.
Greg nodded. Then, he took the contract and went to get the car key.
When he arrived at the parking lot, he saw two employees working in the sales department. One was Jolin Anderson, and the other was Helen Stone, standing in front of his Rolls-Royce Phantom.
Jolin's eyes were shining. She walked around the car and even touched it.
"Wow! Whose car is this? It's a Rolls-Royce Phantom!"
"It's a million-dollar ride, and this license plate is amazing. Did any big boss come to our company today?"
"Probably so." Helen nodded.
"I'm so envious. I really want to meet the owner of the car. He must be handsome." Jolin fantasized.
Greg smiled secretly. Why should the owner of a Rolls-Royce Phantom be handsome? Luther used to be its owner, but he was not even close to handsomeness.
Passing by, Greg had just gotten into the business car when he suddenly heard two women talking about him.
"This must be Greg. He's really a fool. I heard that he doesn't even have a car." Jolin glanced at Greg.
Helen said contemptuously, "I guess he only has a bicycle."
"Can a bicycle be considered a car? A man like him probably won't be able to afford a Rolls-Royce Phantom in his lifetime."
If his car keys hadn't been thrown in the drawer, Greg would love to let them see how handsome the owner of this Rolls-Royce Phantom was.
He pretended to hear nothing and drove the business car out of the parking lot.
When he arrived at Gloria Company, Greg couldn't help feeling a little dazed.
Clara worked in this company. In the past, he often sent her here and picked her up by bike.
Gloria Company was mainly engaged in real estate, and it was a big company in Bianca City.
Greg entered the lobby and saw a young girl at the front desk. She seemed less than twenty years old, but she had a lovely and eye-catching figure.
"Hello, I need to see the person in charge of your business department."
"Which company are you from?" Hertha Reed smiled politely.
"Hope Company."
She was about to pick up the phone, but after hearing Greg's words, Hertha's expression immediately changed.
"Sorry, Mr. Fox isn't here. You can wait in the lounge or come here next time."
Myron Fox once said he wouldn't meet anyone from the Hope Company.
"I know he must be here. You'd better do what I say, or you will lose your job."
Greg said sternly. This threat was often useful when he dealt with business affairs.
Hertha was bluffed and finally called Myron with an embarrassed look.
"Mr. Fox, someone from Hope Company wants to see you. It seems that there is something very important."
On the other end of the phone, Myron was lying on a chair, shaking his legs while reading the newspaper.
"Give him the phone."
Greg answered the phone and said, "Mr. Fox, I'm a salesperson at Hope Company, and I want to talk with you about an order."
"The advertising business again?"
"Yes."
As soon as Greg answered, Myron knew that there was nothing important at all.
He frowned and said coldly, "No need. I'm not free."
The business of Gloria Company was a huge hit, and many advertising companies in Bianca City wanted to cooperate with them. Myron had no interest in Hope Company at all.
As soon as he finished speaking, Myron hung up the phone, and Greg didn't have the chance to speak.
Seeing this scene, Hertha covered her mouth and chuckled. Her beautiful eyes were like the crescent moon.
Greg felt a bit awkward. He didn't expect Mr. Fox to be so arrogant and even embarrass him in front of a beauty. It seemed that he had to contact Luther.
Then, he called Luther.
"Luther, let me ask you something."
"Please, Mr. Donnie. As long as I know about it, I will definitely tell you everything."
"Do you know Gloria Company in Bianca City?"
"It's my company, Mr. Donnie."
"It's yours?" Greg was slightly surprised. "Oh. The employees in your company are quite something."
Luther's heart skipped a beat. The teacup in his hand fell on the tea table and broke into several pieces.
