Chapter 10

Then, Lucas snatched the file bag from Greg's hand.

After a few glances, he suddenly tore it into pieces.

Brenda was shocked when Lucas tore up the contract.

"Lucas, are you crazy? This is a contract agreed upon by the chairman. How dare you tear it up?"

Lucas didn't care.

"The chairman has so many things to deal with every day. Does he have the time to care about such a small thing?"

"Ms. Cotton, you keep a toy boy and abuse your power to sign this contract secretly. If the chairman knows about this, you can't explain it."

Greg was in a bad mood ,

"Ms. Cotton, I hope your company can give me a satisfactory explanation before I leave work."

After saying this, Greg left with a straight face.

It was too late to stop him as the elevator door was closed.

"What's the matter? Are you feeling upset that your lover left? To tell you the truth, he's not what you think. He's a worthless loser."

Brenda had been tolerating Lucas. At this moment, she could no longer stand him.

"Lucas, I think you are a loser!"

Lucas was surprised. Brenda had never dared to speak out against him.

"Brenda, you have a lot of nerve scolding me. I am the vice president of the company! Do you think I can't do anything to you because of Luther?"

Brenda smiled coldly and turned to leave.

Meanwhile, Greg received a call from Luther on the way back to Hope Company.

After Luther learned that Lucas had offended Greg and torn up the contract, he almost had a heart attack.

Luther said cautiously, "Mr. Donnie, Please don't get angry because of this."

"Okay."

Greg hung up the phone promptly.

Luther wiped off his sweat. He couldn't figure out what was on Greg's mind, so he quickly called Brenda again.

"Ms. Cotton, please prepare a share transfer agreement for me. I want to transfer Gloria Company to Mr. Donnie as an apology."

When Greg got back to Hope Company, there were only a few hours left before getting off work.

The Sales Department was curious when they saw Greg come back.

"Greg, have you signed the contract yet?"

Even though she didn't have much hope in her heart, Elsa looked at Greg hopefully.

Before Greg could speak, Reg led his elite team and surrounded Greg.

Reg sneered, "Mr. Bluff, there you are. Have you signed the contract?"

He sounded sarcastic.

Someone added, "Look, he doesn't even have the contract. Was he kicked out?"

Greg returned to his seat and sat down. He glanced around and said lightly, "Why are you so anxious? We're in office hours, aren't we?"

When Jolin returned to the Sales Department and learned what had happened, she despised Greg even more.

"It's not long before we get off work. I advise you to admit your mistake and apologize. Mr. Wilson might not make things difficult for you."

Greg didn't want to talk to her at first, but she was annoying.

"Jolin, if you stand by my side, I might give you half of the commission after the contract is signed."

Jolin snorted and said, "Who cares about your money? By the way, do you have the ability to sign the contract?"

Greg shook his head and said, "I gave you the chance to make money, but you don't cherish it yourself!"

A short silence fell upon the room. Everyone burst into laughter.

"He's bluffing again. No one is better than him at bluffing. How can he pretend at this stage?"

"He thinks of commission before the contract is signed. Mr. Bluff thinks long-term."

In the meantime, they heard a commotion at the door.

They saw a thin man with glasses entering the room.

It was Myron.

When Myron learned Taken away by the police and Luther called him personally, he immediately realized that Greg was definitely not an ordinary salesman of Hope Company. He might be a rich young man with special hobbies.

Myron had offended Greg before, so he took this opportunity to come over and make amends.

"Mr. Fox, welcome."

Reg went forward and said respectfully to Myron, "Mr. Fox, welcome."

Myron spotted Greg, and he was only a few steps away. Reg's sudden greeting upset him.

Myron frowned and said, "Hi."

"Mr. Fox, do you come to discuss business on behalf of your company?"

"Mr. Fox, this way, please. We have a meeting room here."

"No, it's not necessary."

Reg was slightly taken aback, not understanding why Myron rejected him.

Following that, he saw Myron go past him and stand in front of Greg under the curious gazes.

Myron bowed deeply and said respectfully, "Mr. Donnie, I have come here specially to sign a contract with you."

Everyone's curiosity turned into shock.

What the heck!

What was going on?

Did Myron come for Greg?

Did he come to sign the contract directly?

Greg was playing a game on his phone.

"Oh, wait a minute. Let me finish the game first."

Everyone was stunned.

Was Greg crazy? It was difficult for the elite team to meet Myron.

Now Myron came to sign the contract, but Greg kept him waiting because he wanted to finish the game first.

Reg immediately scolded Greg. "Greg, this is Mr. Fox, the manager of the Business Department of Gloria Company. Show your respect to him."

Myron turned to Reg and said bluntly, "Shut up. Mr. Donnie asked me to wait and wait."

Reg tried to please Myron, but the latter scolded him in return. Reg blushed and felt angry.

A weird silence fell upon the room.

Everyone in the Sales Department was watching Greg play the game.

After finishing the game, Greg turned to Elsa and said lightly, "Mrs. Mandel, please print out a contract and ask Mr. Fox to sign it."

"What the..." Elsa hadn't recovered from the shock.

Until now, she couldn't figure out what was going on. Why did they suddenly sign the contract?

Elsa quickly printed the contract and handed it to Myron.

Myron took the contract and signed it before stamping the seal of Gloria Company.

He handed the contract to Greg and said respectfully, "Mr. Donnie, please sign it."

Greg signed his name under everyone's gaze.

After that, he picked up the contract.

"I told you before. Other teams failed, but that doesn't mean we can't make it."

Seeing Reg try to sneak away, Greg said playfully, "Mr. Wilson, it's time for you to keep your promise."

All of a sudden, everyone fixed their eyes on Reg.

Reg pretended nothing had happened. "What promise? Did I make any promise before?"

Greg shook his head. "If you can't afford to lose, forget it."

"You don't honor your word. Reg, are you still a man?"

Reg was trembling with anger.

Embarrassed and angry, Reg cursed and left in the sneers of the people.

Greg handed over the contract to Elsa.

"Mrs. Mandel, I said I would not let you down."

"How did you do it? Myron actually came to sign the contract."

Elsa was shocked and delighted. She was confused by Greg, who seemed to have completely changed after a day of absence from work.

"I'm lucky."

"Huh?" Elsa was suspicious, obviously not convinced by his answer.

"You want to hear the truth?" Greg thought it would be okay to tell Elsa about it.

Elsa nodded.

"Actually, I am the heir to a top wealthy family. Two-thirds of the world's top 500 enterprises belong to my family..."

Before Greg finished, Elsa directly interrupted him and said sullenly, "Okay, okay, I believe you."

Obviously, Elsa believed that he was lucky more than that he was the heir to a top wealthy family.

Greg was depressed. Why didn't she believe him when he told the truth?

Elsa gave the contract back to Greg.

"After all, you signed the contract. You should turn it in."

"Okay."

Greg left his seat and walked toward the manager's office with the contract.

The door was ajar, and he could hear some small noises.

Greg knocked on the door softly. Unexpectedly, the office door opened automatically.

He was dumbfounded by what he saw.

Doris wrapped herself around Steven like a koala bear. Steven moved his hand up and down her thigh.

The two of them lost themselves in each other, their bodies intertwined on the chair.

Doris saw Greg first. Flushing, she screamed and got to her feet in a hurry, smoothing her disheveled clothes.
