Chapter 12

Before Clara and Greg divorced, Hayley had a bad opinion of Greg.

She looked down at Greg. She thought he had no family background and was a worthless loser, not worthy of her sister at all.

After the couple divorced, Hayley got angrier with Greg.

She knew that Clara had cheated on Greg. But how could Clara cheat on him if he could give her some hope?

Therefore, Hayley thought Greg should take the blame.

Hayley rolled her eyes and said, "Yes, I slapped her. Take a look at Jack. Your daughter bullied my son."

Hayley pushed a little boy forward. There were scratches on the boy's face.

"These scratches will leave scars in the future. For Jack, it will be a lifelong injury!"

Alice was crying in his arms, and Greg gently wiped away her tears, asking patiently, "Alice, why did you hit him?"

Alice's eyes were filled with tears. She sobbed. "Jack Bush is a bad guy. He spoke ill of you."

"What did he say?"

"He said you were poor. He also said you were a worthless loser and deserved a cheating wife. I don't allow anyone to speak ill of you."

Greg paused, his heart heavy. Alice didn't know what a cheating wife meant. Did she know about it so soon?

No wonder she stopped crying for her mother recently.

Greg gently stroked his daughter's hair with his hands and said, "Alice, you are sweet. You side with me. But don't hit people from now on. If you have any problems, tell me, and I'll handle them."

"Okay."

Greg looked at Hayley again, narrowing his eyes menacingly.

"I'll forgive you this time. If you dare to touch a single hair of my daughter next time, I will make you miserable!"

Hayley put her hands on her hips and started to make a scene.

"So you're getting unreasonable. Didn't your child hit my son first?"

Erin could stand it no more.

"Mrs. Bush, it's wrong for Alice to hit Jack, but Jack swore at her first. It's only a small clash between the two children. Since Alice's father forgave you, please make peace with him."

Erin was in her twenties. She tied her hair up into a ponytail. Her face looked young, and she looked like a college student.

"what Jack swore at her? So he deserved to be hit because of that? "

"Miss Erin, what do you mean? You side with the loser. Do you fancy him?"

"Mrs. Bush, please be reasonable."

Jack was a troublemaker in class and was a headache to Erin. She didn't expect his mother to be so unreasonable.

Hayley pointed at Greg and said, "It's evident that you side with this loser. How can I reason with you?"

"He is a divorced man with a daughter. I advise you to open your eyes and see clearly."

"Hayley, you're going too far!" Greg said in a cold voice.

"I just said a few words, and you started to feel distressed for her? Greg, I suspect that you divorced my sister because of this woman."

Hayley slung mud at Erin and Greg, and the crowd started to gossip.

"I didn't expect Miss Erin to be like this."

"Yeah, she looks decent."

Erin bit her lips tightly, feeling aggrieved.

At this moment, several cars of Range Rover suddenly pulled over nearby.

A large group of people got out of the cars. All of them were burly tattooed men.

These men broke into the kindergarten recklessly. When the parents saw them, they hurriedly took their children away.

The leader was a muscular man about six feet tall with a scar on his cheek. He was burly, and the white wifebeater set off his dark skin.

He led the people and walked toward Greg.

Greg frowned, not knowing what was going on.

The muscular man went up to Greg and bowed slightly, saying respectfully, "Mr. Donnie, I'm Beacher. I come to tell you that I will do anything for you."

Everyone present was stunned.

Was this a TV show?

Those underground gangsters would be shocked.

Beacher was one of the top figures in the underground world. If he stamped his feet, the city would be shaken.

In recent years, Beacher relied on Luther and started to run some legal businesses.

Seeing that Beacher was following Greg's head, Hayley thought Greg had called someone to come over and beat her up. She felt scared, but she didn't show it.

"Greg, you worthless loser. Do you think I'll be afraid of you if you call someone here?"

Erin was dumbfounded. How could a clash between two children get escalated?

Beacher learned from Luther that a young master of a top wealthy family was hiding in Bianca City, so he came to curry favor with Greg.

Hearing someone call Greg a loser, Beacher got angry.

He looked at Hayley and waved his hand. Several men instantly surrounded Hayley.

Beacher narrowed his eyes menacingly like a ferocious beast.

"Bitch, don't you want to die? How dare you call Mr. Donnie a loser?"

Hayley's legs were trembling. Although she was scared, she didn't show it.

"W... What do you want? I warn you. My husband is an executive of Casa Company. If you dare to touch me, you will all be doomed."

Beacher slowly approached Hayley and said with a sneer, "An executive from a small company dares to show off in front of me. One word from me can make that company disappear in the city, let alone your husband."

"You're bluffing. Why do you call him Mr. Donnie? He's only a loser, and you're all losers. I think you..."

Before Hayley could finish her words, Beacher reached out and grabbed her neck with cold eyes and lifted her up.

"I think you are courting death!"

Hayley's face turned red at first and then turned ferocious. She grabbed Beacher's thick arms with both hands and kicked her legs back and forth in the air, rolling her eyes in terrible pain.

The parents exchanged glances. Many children even cried in fright.

Greg couldn't help frowning. "Beacher, stop."

Beacher didn't dare to disobey Greg.

He released Hayley, who lost her balance and propped to the ground. Her face was wet, and so were her pants, from which stinky yellow liquid trickled out.
