After defeating Kaguya, Sasuke plans to stage a revolution. He kills Naruto and then exterminates the five Kage who were in the tsukuyomi. He then becomes Hogake through force, keeping the world in awe with his rinnegan. Itachi wants to be resurrected to stop Sasuke, but Rikudo comes up with a better idea.
