This is I think the best novel out of the many disciple system novels for me. The translation is good aside from the misgender issue. And the chapters are not split into 3/4 chapters.

I see some typos like she instead of he and Vice versa. Hoping for the editors for this small details but can distract us reader to be remedy. Reading to 23ch I say I can recommend this one and has a great potential and need to be tap in. Goodluck.

2 days without releasing episodes I'm already intrigued by what is going to happen to the protagonist at the fairy's birthday celebration.

Just finished *"I Have a Disciple Simulator"* and wow—easily the best cultivation light novel I’ve read besides *Cultivation Online*. The pacing is on point, the system is rewarding without being broken, and it actually *keeps* you hooked. So many others either drag or overdo it—this one nails the balance. World-building? Above average and immersive. Characters? Mostly fantastic… except for Lu Chansheng’s companion. She feels thrown in last minute with out-of-scale talent just to keep up with him. Not nearly as fleshed out as the rest. Still, the MC’s journey is compelling—his rise in cultivation feels *earned*, not just handed to him. If you’re into smart systems, steady progression, and strong character arcs, give this one a shot. You won’t regret it.

The novel got some of my interest, but not enough for me to spend my coins.

The story is quite from the start but it became predictable as the story progressed and the translation is unbearable to read.

So much untapped potential. However, it's still an enjoyable read with interesting premises. Mc's personality and temperament is quite good, mature and reasonable, not a whining little bastard. The MC is smart in a few ways, not exactly an idiot, but dumb in several ways, especially in terms of creativity. The system is heavily underutilized. His and his disciples strengths and talents aren't applied to their fullest potential, having very low synergies. In addition, some of the returned rewards are questionable, especially the techniques, and I figured they are just for the plot's convenient. If the returned rewards are just (a random number)fold of the given rewards, the story would be much more interesting, as the MC has to figure out himself which technique he should give to his disciples to get a technique with desirable effects. Lastly, the story progression is kinda too fast for my taste. In short, in my opinion, the novel is interesting enough and it's enjoyable, the MC is not annoying. However, the creativity is really underwhelming, in some cases, extremely glaring, making those moments mildly frustrating, and the pace is too fast.

A fun read besides the misgendering issues and names being translated. However, to pass time it is a good.
