In a world filled with hate towards creatures of the night and sea, Thanatos, an ancient vampire, defies all odds by falling in love with Syrena, a mermaid, and together they have a child, Aurora.



To keep her safe, they make the ultimate sacrifice, leaving her as an infant to grow among humans.



Years pass, and Aurora blossoms into a beautiful young lady, but as strange events unfold, she's compelled to seek answers to the mysteries of her heritage.





As Aurora comes in contact with Azarael, a vampire who has been ordered to guide her in the process while also on the search for her parents, an unexpected bond begins to form between them.



Aurora still doesn't know how to control her power, and with her identity being revealed and her life put in danger, she is forced to stand up for herself, all while navigating the deepening connection she feels with Azarael.
