Her Daring Desires

The next morning, Mei Xing and Yi Chuhua prepared to visit Yi Chuhua's parents. During their long drive, they sang and reminisced stories of their university days.

As they approached the gates of the mansion, Mei Xing gasped in awe at the beautifully tended fields with workers working earnestly.

Alighting, Mei Xing was greeted by the sight of Yi Chuhua's parents, Mr and Mrs Yi standing at the entrance, their smiles as wide as the horizon.

Mrs. Yi rushed forward, enveloping Mei in a warm embrace that felt like home. "Mei Xing, dear, it's so wonderful to finally meet you!" she exclaimed, her voice tinged with genuine warmth.
