Her eyes were still swollen from her previous tears, but they began to water again for a far different reason than before. She tried to pull away and hide her face from him. 

“Promise me,” she uttered. “Promise me I'll never be in the same room as him ever again.” 

His fist clenched and he had to control his anger. 

Quieter than before he whispered, “I promise.”

Synopsis:

That was all Sophia needed to say before Dr. Ashberg sent her a barrage of messages regarding care she could get in the area for her omega pregnancy.

To her surprise, there were a lot of hospitals in Gaulenzia that were omega and alpha only.

As intimidating as it was, she went to the hospital with Ethan. She was tempted to ask Rachel but decided against it. Even though they were both females, she thought it would be better to take an omega. When it came to those hospitals, they weren't female or male but alpha and omega.

They arrived safely with Rachel and Gus at a nearby cafe and the two omegas went inside.

Ethan could tell that his oldest friend was petrified even while sitting in the waiting room. She didn't utter a single word.

Before a nurse could take her away, he spoke up.

"Do you want me to go with you?" he asked
