Now, after six years, he no longer needed to make decisions on everything.

He had assigned suitable candidates for various tasks, and only the important ones that needed his concern would come to his table.

In the meantime, Leo decided to do something to clear his boredom.

A woman with long black hair, pale white skin, and black eyes sat perpetually dressed in a black uniform, much like that of typical Japanese schoolgirls.

Hagoromo Gitsune, the leader of the Kyoto Yokai faction, which reigns over the northern territory, lay lazily on her circular bed, staring at the ceiling with cold, lifeless eyes.

She seemed to be in deep thought.

"My lady... The Keikain clan has sent one of their descendants to Ukiyo town in the name of studies. But I highly suspect they've gone there with ulterior motives, which is not good news for us."

An old man, thin with a hunched back, short stature, and bony fingers, spoke.

His head was bald, his beard and lips rugged around his nearly toothless grinning mouth.

With no eyebrows and large ears, his eyes were always closed and covered with vertical scars, while a large third eye with a red sclera sat on his looming forehead.

He often had an eagle on his shoulder.

This was Minagoroshi Jizo, one of the advisors of the Kyoto Yokai faction.

"Let it be... Let's see what they are up to."

Without any expression, Hagoromo Gitsune turned to the other side and spoke without emotion.

All her focus was on the task they were preparing for—giving birth to her son.

When she thought of her son, her lifeless eyes softened, and her lips curved slightly into a smile.

All these years, she had been waiting for the right moment to implement her plan.
