I walked with the two massive figures towards that eerie house, cursing with every step I took. Lisa, who led me towards doom every time, was she really trustworthy? I think I must have been drunk when I met her!
Finally, I entered that house, which seemed entirely different from the inside, causing my surprise. The house was warm and somewhat... beautiful?!
"So, what's your name, human?!"
I snapped out of my house design daydream at the sound of that guy, whom I assume is Kevin. I simply stared at him, puzzled by his statement.
What does he mean by 'human'?!
"Don't mind him; we're always peculiar. This idiot is called Kevin, and I'm Ken! We are twins, as you can see, but I'm not as dumb as he is."
The short-haired guy said between them, capturing my interest. I nodded to him before extending my hand to shake theirs.
"I'm Alicia Parker; pleased to meet you!"
I added with a tone of respect, trying to avoid trouble. They stared at my neck in a strange way before extending their cold hands to shake mine.
Cold! Their hands are very cold!
"Let me take you to your room; you look tired. You can sleep until the rest return from hunting in the forest, and you get to know them."
Kevin continued with boredom, adjusting his long hair with a comb, making me gaze at him, puzzled by his words again!
Hunting?! What could they possibly hunt in a forest like this?!
"Oh, he means they went fishing in the river. I told you this guy is stupid!"
I muttered, not convinced by his words, but I'm really tired and want to sleep. Kevin started walking, and I followed him up while Ken carried my bags.
Both of them seem strong and good-looking. I'm not surprised that they walk shirtless in this freezing weather. Clearly, he wants to show off his muscles, but they are truly eye-catching, especially with his body covered in tattoos!
"This is your room. If you need anything, tell us! Also, don't leave the house or wander around alone; it's full of traps that idiot Liam set!"
"Okay, thanks for the heads-up, Ken!"
I thanked him briefly before entering the room, inspecting it. I turned, intending to ask about the missing Lisa, but they had already disappeared!

I sat bored on my new bed, attempting to sleep in vain. So, I straightened up, glancing around the room again. It had a classic feel like the rest of the house—medium-sized, with a large bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with some empty shelves I decided to fill with my mythology books!
I quickly arranged my books and clothes to grab that book.
It moved to its third chapter!
I've become addicted to these myths to the point that all the books I acquired today are about vampires, with one about werewolves.
Chapter Three
How does a vampire love?
I stared at the chapter title before delving into those lines.
With enthusiasm... Wonderful! The vampire falls in love with Alicia.
Parker, don't do it!
The love for vampires is the greatest, as they are poetic creatures, especially towards humans. But this love varies depending on whether the creature is a peaceful lover or a malicious bloodthirsty one. That sentence intrigued me deeply, prompting me to embrace the book eagerly. Oh God, what if I were lucky enough for one of these beings to fall for me?
Well, I suddenly remembered that I have the worst luck ever. I am convinced that if they truly exist, I'll become a victim to one of the villains among them!
I let go of the book as drowsiness hit me, ready to lie down and sleep. I just hope I don't enter my usual nightmares.

The crow stood near the house after making sure their guest entered. He gazed at the trees where he had released the arrow before pulling one of them out with a cold expression!
"Sorry, Leader, I swear I didn't know she was the guest!"
The honey-eyed guy added before feeling his body crashing to the ground. "Jimin, discipline this fool and make sure to keep a close eye on him, along with the other devil."
He continued coldly, leaving the one sitting on the tree to stare at the other, imagining himself being punished.
"Well, Liam, how about I hang you upside down on this tree while wearing only your underwear?"
Jimin said, mocking, as the other tried to free himself from the scoundrel in front of him.
"Wait, Jimin... the Leader instructed us not to use our powers against each other. I just hope the human leaves and avoids trouble!"
Ken shouted before being lifted into the air, flying away with Liam. Kevin, at that point, contentedly continued eating his meat.
"Damn it, Liam! You prevented us from using our powers on each other. I just hope the human leaves and doesn't cause problems!"
Ken shouted before flipping the other two with boredom, throwing them to the ground with all his strength.
"My beautiful butt is in pain!"
Liam groaned before disappearing, leaving his peers to start their new task.
Five hours passed before Alicia finally woke up, alerted by the noise outside. She quickly jumped to the window, gazing at the group below, especially the guy hanging from the tree in his underwear!
"What is this?!"
She wondered in surprise before remembering Lucas's words this morning. The sky had already darkened, and the guys had lit a fire below, cheering for Kevin, who was dancing near the fire, waving his shirt.
I looked at what was happening in disbelief before heading towards the door, determined to go out and get something to eat. I opened my room door, took a few steps outside while humming the lyrics of my favorite song, then stopped, facing the girl who was staring at me, adjusting her bra, ready to put on her shirt.
She took a few steps towards me, staring intensely, before finally opening her mouth, speaking at last.
"Alicia Parker, right?"
She asked, and I just nodded, avoiding introducing myself as I hate talking about myself. She extended her hand for a handshake before starting to introduce herself.
"I'm Evelyn! Just call me Eve."
She added, staring at my neck suspiciously, similar to what the other two did this morning, making me place my hands there in surprise.
She chattered before pointing me downstairs, signaling me to follow her. Wait, is she going down without wearing a shirt?!
"Come with me; you must be hungry!"
I just nodded as she grabbed my hand, leading me downstairs. Wait, is she going down without wearing a shirt?!
"Girls, this is our guest... Alicia. This is Alex, Mila, and Scarlett!"
She nodded to them, and I stared at the girls in front of me. Mila seemed friendly and smiled a lot. As for Alex, she seemed strong-willed, wearing black eyeshadow matching her leather clothes. Scarlett, on the other hand, looked mysterious.
She just stared at me with a kind of mockery before straightening up, heading outside!
Alicia pov -
I woke up to the mockery below before realizing I was hungry. It was nice to gaze at them and mock them, but my stomach always comes first!

It was Mila who spoke, and I nodded in acknowledgment before Eve pulled me towards the kitchen.
Well, I've met a lot of people, which is strange for an introverted person like me, and I consider it a future achievement. Alicia Parker, the introverted girl, met five people in one day!
Speaking of the people I met, that stranger completely disappeared, and even those hallucinations came to a halt!
