"As I have told your wife, I held onto regret for not helping you that day in the hot sun which followed me into death. The fact that you have returned the ring means that the regret I've felt can be lifted as can the curse against your family."
"Th-Thank you," Kemal said. "I'm sorry, I had my family go after you."
"This I know, but all has been forgiven if you will forgive me. Without the ring our family has had for centuries, I was unable to leave. Now, I can fully rest."
"I do. We do forgive you," Kemal answered. The woman's teal color became brilliantly vibrant for a few seconds.
"Now that your words and actions have met me on this plane, I feel that I must offer you thanks. Please, take my offer."
"Which one?" Kemal asked.
"I can grant you a wish."
Chloé and Kemal exchanged glances.
"Any wish?" asked Chloé.
